Was during covid when families weren't allowed to properly see their loved ones off. They were in coffins but didn't have the copper/silver lining that was needed to be kept properly.

Let's remember folks, one sacked staff member who did this henous act, willingly & knowingly, should not define Tipene Funerals care for our deceased. I am still going to engage them to look after my funeral, however I am shocked & disappointed that Fiona has shamed herself, & her family. I'm sending my aroha to the families affected & I just want to remind people that Francis is the ultimate, consumate, professional Funeral Director who will be devastated by what has happened so lets pls acknowledge his dedication to the service & give him a chance to correct what has happened, which I believe, he already has. 😢❤
