    66yo from Australia...>>>... Fire him, effective immediately. Put the 2IC in charge until the board calls for an election to replace the Chair. Allow Gruenberg 2 weeks to prepare his appeal. Allow victims to name colleagues who have discriminated against them, whilst allowing all staff to request resignations, if they seem compelled to do so. I think I have commonsense, but what would I know.???
