It's fantastic how you break these moves down. I used to belly dance professionally Turkish style back in the 90s (was in a pop video once!) but when I discovered tribal fusion I fell in love and wish I was young again. Clearly you drill extremely hard to be able to dance so beautifully!

Thankyou Zoe! I'm a beginner and 70! My hips feel great! I studied dance from 13-30 and tried hard to keep in shape. Since my first view of tribal was in mid 2000' s at LA Renaissance faire and so entranced by it! Thankyou you're the best teacher!

Thank you so much, I'm looking for your Hip Push Ups. I've only been dancing a year and I do have mild spinal cord issue but boy is this helping to break up scar tissue matter of fact 25 years ago my mother took me to see a belly dancer who also had a spine condition and this helped her immensely so I'm never stopping now even at 53. Thanks so much

Any tips for someone with virtually no hips as far as making shimmies noticeable especially without hip adornment? lol ty Love to you!

I'd say focus on the size of the hip work itself, the more muscular you can make it the more it will show!
