Radio waves act like light so if you place a light where the antenna would be, you could adjust the bend in the reflector to get the most light out. Also keep the reflectors pointing more toward the drone instead of the sky might help. Thanks for the experiment.

Pozz. I ja imam Mavic Mini.

My question is are the antennas on the remote even real to start with ? my experience is they are plastic ears for show and can be removed and discarded , inside the remote is a wire antenna if you drill a hole in the remote casing and have the wire antenna sticking out the hole that might help a bit and then attach your extendor to that , good luck !

How did you calculate the radius. This is parabolic mirror and the radus of banding the reflector is the most importing thing ,to reflect most of the signal back to the drone dipole

allumenium can be used as a parabolic reflector. In fact, most parabolic reflector are made out of allumenium. Greatly effective

I am using now avata I wonder if it also shields the signal going right on your face instead of forward ?
