How much is 5 litres of this ?
@@TRADINGMAN1 Hello, thanks for your enquiry, 5L is concentrated, it is very strong a 1-1 which is how it should be used on surfaces in very poor condition. Currently the price is £31.95 for 5L. We normally have 'multi buy' packages available, that work out cheaper. Hope that helps. Josh@Smartseal
Is this ok for a concrete drive?
Hello Paul, yes, this product contains no acid based ingredients that could damage the concrete. Regards, George@Smartseal
Can you use on imprinted concrete?, will it discolour?, cheers.
Hello, thanks for your question. The product contains no acid based ingredients and will not harm your imprinted concrete. Hope that helps. Rick@Smartseal
I used Thick Bleach 98p for 1.5lt
Hi Brian, thanks for your comment. If that worked for you great! no point spending money for the sake of it🙂Regards, Alex@Smartseal
Wat mix ratio 5l water to 1 lt exstreme
5 parts water to 1 part Xtreme would be very weak Steve. It is normally used between a 1-1 or up to 1-3 parts water dilution. Hope that helps. George@Smartseal
@Smartseal UK Ltd worked great wife very happy ...so my ears are not bleeding now ...thanks for a great product!!

bought 10 litres followed instruction as per vid, unimpressed.
Hello Frank, sorry to hear that, please send a couple of pictures of your patio to support@smartseal.co.uk and we will try to work out why the product has not performed to your expectations. Regards, Josh@Smartseal
That stuff is brilliant vry strong no pressure washer needed
Why unimpressed
@@Wr5379-g2y Felt just a normal pressure wash would have been just as good.
@@rcpinsa problem with jet wash it can damage your pointing especially the brush in type i always use smartseal extreme easy and a great result only hose and a light brushing needed
so this is not bleach, yet for most applications bleach would do the same job for much lower cost.
Hello, thanks for your comment. We would suggest for mild contamination and as an ongoing maintenance product once the surface is clean, bleach could be sufficient. As per the name of the product Patio Clean 'Xtreme' this product is best used on surfaces that are in very poor condition or have not been cleaned for many years. Hope that helps, Josh@Smartseal
@@SmartsealUk no it does not help. All I have to do is increase the concentration of sodium hypochlorite (aka bleach). Even without a licence it is easy to buy 10 - 15% concentration for fraction of the price you charge.
Hi, Thanks for your comment. Sounds like you have a lower cost alternative, so if that works for you of course that is your best option. Regards, Alex@Smartseal

Is this ok to use on outdoor porcelain tiles?......... also does it contain bleach at all? (have white stones around border and reaction bleach draws out & turns them brown)
Hello, Thanks for your question, the product is certainly ok to use on Porcelain tiles. It does not contain any ingredients that will discolour stones. Please make sure to use in line with the instructions. Hope that helps, Josh@Smartseal
@@SmartsealUk thanks Josh will grab some next time I order more moss clear
@@SmartsealUk just gone to order on website and it states it contains chlorine. Is this the same as bleach?
@@Marc-lx1qj Chlorine is a natural element and an ingredient of bleach, while bleach is a solution and the product of combining chlorine and other chemicals. 2. Chlorine exists in nature, while bleach is a manufactured product. Regards, Josh@Smartseal
That is utter nonsense. The chemical ‘sodium hypochlorite’ is used in chlorine liquid and bleach. They are both salt derivatives so you could argue that both are naturally occurring. Bleach is more refined than chlorine liquid but they both are pretty much the same. Both are oxidants and therefore are harmful in concentrated form. However, it is a very effective leaning product and sanitiser (it is used in water treatment. The rhyme for water treatment is
The solution to pollution is dilution.
Make sure it is thoroughly rinsed and diluted afterwards and it will be fine. Most unstable oxidants disappear quickly when UV hits them as well.
Can you use with resin grout/pointing?
Hello Donavan, the product contains no ingredients that will damage the resin grouting. If the grouting has been consolidated properly in the joints, you can gently pressure wash as well if required. Hope that helps. Josh@Smartseal
How much is it
Hello Rich, please see - www.smartseal.co.uk/cleaning-products-accessories/xtreme-clean-60-/
Pictures at the end were doctored , patio slabs were pointed around, NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION
Hi Mike, thanks for your comment. Please be assured, the before and after cleaning, apart from the crazy paving, were all carried out by myself (including my in-laws patio 🙂) There is no benefit in us not representing the products accurately in our videos, as this would lead to many unhappy customers. Hope that helps. Nigel@Smartseal
i used cloreen.
Hope it went well Pietro, that is certainly a strong chemical. Regards, Jake@Smartseal
