Use SinuSoothe Natural Nasal Spray if you suffer from nasal congestion. Cinnamon is of its ingredients. It was created by two sinus sufferers because the medical 'experts' couldn't help them. Don't take our word for it - read on-line customer reviews. It has already helped countless people with nasal congestion and is well worth trying. And if it doesn't work we will give you a full refund!

Thank you Dr.Mandel. Black tea with 1/2 a lemon juice, honey and a pinch or two of cinnamon will take care of sore throat, cold, cough. Put the cleaned peel of lemon also in the tea for lemon oil to infuse. 1 cup is enough for 3-4 times a day and you are free of cold and sore throat. Do it at the onset of the symptoms. Hope this helps someone.

The germ theory stuff about "infection" isn't accurate - bacteria are part of the pleomorphic cycle, not the cause of dis-ease. A more compelling approach would be to ask HOW does cinnamon SUPPORT the body to function properly? Why does it help with inflammation or mucous? How exactly DOES it benefit us? (Without resorting to assumptions about "germs" and how "bad" they are (outdated info)).
    Otherwise a good video.
Remember: we're not at war with microbes, but it has been a most profitable model for mainline medicine and the pharma giants. Unproved but profitable.

Cinnamon is a widely used spice especially known for its unique flavor and aroma. From time immemorial, this spice may be indispensable from the kitchen; however, there are chances that you have never heard of Coumarin. Let us enlighten you regarding the dangers of Coumarin and cinnamon.
    What is Coumarin
Coumarin is a natural flavoring chemical compound found in many plants. However, it occurs in higher concentration in Cassia Cinnamon. As per Wikipedia, the substance is also found in Sweet Woodruss, Mullein, Sweet grass, Sweet-clover and Tonka beans.
Difference between cinnamon and true cinnamon
Dark brown colored Cinnamon which we usually buy from the shop is actually Cassia. The Cassia variety contains a stronger and intense flavor due to higher concentration of Coumarin that may even pose risk to some individuals if consumed in a larger amounts on regular basis. Cinnamon and cassia are not same and are obtained from different plants. True cinnamon is usually referred to as Ceylon which belongs to the family of Lauraceae, native to Sri Lanka. Real Ceylon Cinnamon looks light brown in color and has a mild and delicate flavor. Whenever true Cinnamon is referred, it is only Ceylon Cinnamon which has very ultra-low Coumarin content.
    Side effects of Coumarin
Very high quantities of Coumarin may be toxic, especially for those who have liver problems. According to a report by German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, 1 Kg of Cassia powder contains around 2.1 grams to 4.4 grams of Coumarin. However Ceylon Cinnamon only contains 0.1 to 0.2 grams per Kg and as such it is considered safe.
    Coumarin and Cinnamon
As per NCBI, Cassia Cinnamon contains up to 1% coumarin; on the other hand, Ceylon or true cinnamon contains only a trace, i.e. 0.004%. But, unfortunately, due to high price of Ceylon Cinnamon, Cassia is used mainly in the food industry.
Adulteration of cinnamon by using cassia
Cassia is usually cheaper than Cinnamon and due to a minor difference in appearance; people usually mistake it for true Cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon. This is why; cassia is often mislabeled and sold as Cinnamon

Make sure it's genuine ceylon cinnamon from sri lanka, not cassia cinnamon, which is commonly sold in stores. Cassia cinnamon contains high amounts of coumarin, which is bad for you.

Cinnamon will also lower my blood sugar. I have Reactive Hypoglycemia and have for years and it doesn't take much to drop it. I can't even take a regular multivitamin. Everything out there is to help diabetics to lower blood sugar. I stay with a very congested nose all the time. I'm breathing through my mouth most of the time and that's not good. So far, I've only used the saline spray since meds affect me badly.

Same here, except mine is not a cough, it's this freaking mucus sensation at the back of my throat.. like I can't breathe, you know? And I swear, it feels like it's gotten worse after getting the COVID vaccine. Plus, I've lost so much weight despite exercising regularly, and I just can't seem to gain it back because of this whole mess. Always having to clear my throat... And to top it off, my heart feels like it's turned into a freaking rock.. 😭😭

Where do you find Ceylon cinnamon?

    • @NicoleEivissa
      @NicoleEivissa 7 месяцев назад

Try if you can find a local shop specialized on healthy/bio products. There are two types of cinnamon, Cassia (the cheaper more common one) and Ceylon (the “real” one, more expensive). But I believe both will do the job.

not hard to do either I love the flavor, but right now my pallets and my smell is really bad since mid-December, but it is better than it was a few weeks ago, today I got some flavors from the Cinnamon, with the help from some of your tips on how to unblock the nose and steady use of a nose horn I have stopped snoring at night and my sense of smell is there in the back corners and comes more and more back into my life , i just hope it is all good when I fire my bike up for the first time after the winter I need the smell of her and the surroundings I drive trough, not fun to live in a vacuum
