Getting Accepted To & Visiting Harvard Medical School

- It's been about a month since I opened my email to find the words "Welcome to Harvard Med School" and last week I had the chance to go and visit this historic medical school as an accepted student. I hope you all enjoy the vlog as I have enjoyed documenting parts of this journey.

Hi Kyeisha. I just recently discovered your posts about your AMCAS application and just wanted to thank you for sharing and being so open. Congrats at getting accepted for HMS!! My daughter is applying for the 2025 cycle and recently received her HMS interview invite which was a complete shock (in a good way) to all of us. We are all grateful for this opportunity that they have given her but she is worried because even though she's got good stats and EC's, she's coming from a state school and applied to HMS as a long shot. Her interview is in 2 weeks so she is doing what she can to prepare but I am also scouring the internet for anything that can help her but not really seeing anything. Is there any insight or advice that you could provide? It would be much appreciated. Thanks Kyeisha - you are truly inspirational.

I am doing bachelor degree in environmental science , just finished the first year. but because of the pandemic, everything was online, including the laboratories classes . I had a good grade because online examination is way easier. We could google almost everything.
but the problem is, right now, i feel so insecure of my ability. I almost forget everything i have learned from the first year. and i feel like i have only learned 10% of what i could study in university.
Is it normal?
please help me share your experience and give me suggestions and tips to cope with this problem.
