Being on a diet is hard enough as it is. Good for you doing this liquid diet and being around temptation. Talk about self control! You’re doing great! It’s all mind over matter!!

Here in Australia we have Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel, Banana and Strawberry flavoured shakes.
My fav flavours are caramel and banana.

I lost 2.4kg in 4 days and I only drank shakes with no veggies. The process is too quick and I am thinking take it slower.

WOW 6 pounds in just over a week!! .. That's great!! .. Where can you get Optifast? Don't think I've seen it in a store.

You can’t find them in stores as the doctors have to prescribe them to you. In my case, my doctored ordered my OPTIFAST online via NESTLE. I was not able to order it myself as OPTIFAST is only taken under a doctor’s supervision.

@@steffysrnyjourney5480 wow that's so interesting. Here in NZ and Australia dieticians and doctors can issue it (it's funded for certain people.. for example if they have diabetes etc) or you can just go and purchase it at any pharmacy

Yes you can. It needs to be prescribed by your doctor.

I read in the note the doctor gave me it seems like they can however again this is something their doctor would need to approve. I suggest setting up an appointment with their family doctor and discuss with them.
