For the washes I would recommend mixing your own with some artist inks, acrylic medium and maybe a drop of glass cleaner to break the surface tension. Test out the wash before hand and modifiy the mixture a little bit. Just using cheap colors and water means that your pigments are diluted too much and won't stain your minis.

Heck yeah! I like doing the cup because it tapers toward the top 👍 but that works great
Good idea with the spray bottle, I would an adjustable one and but it more direct spray instead of most. That should work better

Nice build and techniques! Gotta love the dollar stores for providing good building materials. Btw - how do you hang your board on your wall? I would assume that the terrain board is heavy and that your wall attachment can handle the weight? Let’s get you to 4K. Thanks.
I actually use a really strong magnet. I anchor into the wall, and screw and got glue on the back of the board.
On my tavern board I did make it too heavy and it fell off. But my other 2 have never fallen off.
