I think the three funniest have to be Riku's "Whaaaaaat?!", Wise Ansem's "I'm a fool." and of course, the iconic Just a Pancake ordeal - light against darkness, but with text to speech.

Honestly, the lingering hitboxes on his moves kind of make the character flow really well. Makes it feel like the game a bit more. Also its funny.

The inactivity one happened to me as well when I was playing sora against Kazuya because I kept standing in one spot throwing Fireballs that him and he didn't think to use his reflect or Jump onto the platform directly above him.
It was hilarious and totally worth it.
