Made this for my wife and her mom. Her mom's health/mind is slipping but she really enjoyed this. We have a co-worker in an abusive situation who i made this for as well for mother's day - the one happy moment she's had for awhile she told me. You brought a lot of joy to people and I'm sure many more stories from all your videos. Merci chef, merci.

Chef Jean Pierre I have to confess when I first saw one of your videos I thought who is this American Guy with a French accent trying to teach cooking. I quickly realised how wrong I was and absolutely love your content. I've watched every single video on your channel and have learnt more than I ever imagined. Every episode has many genuine laugh out loud moments which I love and now when I cook I can hear your voice telling me "Always the onyo first and don't forget, measure carefully!". I can't wait for next Thursday's upload every week. Thank you so much for the time you take to make, edit and share these fantastic videos.

Another great very rich dessert from Chef Jean-Pierre! Everything about this dessert is so delicious and easy to make the day before! You know food is really enjoyable when your family and best friend talk about how to eat a dish a certain way. My husband and our best friend came up with the correct way to eat this dessert. They both carefully scooped downward eating this beautiful plated dessert making sure to get some whipped cream, chocolate and strawberry with each bite. They used the thin crisp cookie to eat the remaining sauce. We had so much fun laughing and talking about how to eat this dessert after dinner. Chef Jean-Pierre videos are so educational and they teach you the proper way to cook so to save you time and stress making cooking enjoyable for your family and friends.

This dish taste amazing lol ! But i recommend folding (mix) the mascarpone with the cocoa mixture (milk and cocoa) before adding into the boiling cream to avoid the lump. Also mix the gelatin powder with hot water/milk. Chef JP gave us many amazing recipes which taste delicious, but his whipping cream skill is not among the best. Still love him for ignite my passion for cooking, though 😆

I'm in big trouble; after the prior two dessert episodes (Tiramisu & Limoncello); My six pack turned into jelly rolls...and now, the panna cotta is going to do me in! Exceptional but simple, and a great idea to add the mascarpone to give the panna cotta dessert more creaminess!

Hi Chef, when I was in New York, my friends and myself were steered into a French restaurant, where we were invited to share dessert. What was it? A bread pudding, but oh no, not an ordinary bread pudding, a French bread pudding, with flaked roasted almonds, apricots, and grated coconut. Don't remember if Liqueur was present( but what a memory.) French cuisine knows how to ELEVATE.
