Imho I think The candle thread is a better by ,,, even if you have to buy $100 worth ,, it would double the amount that you would get , plus a lesser amount of money in the long run … for More thread ****Marian**** lol That was a mouthful lol

Thanks for this video..Are you aware of Candle Thread cool feature on their site you can use the color comparison to match Madeira thread to their color number thread which was a big plus for me. What about Amazon for embroidery and Serger thread?
Hi Lucy, Yes. I purchase their color cards thou. I like having them for when I meet with customers. This way they can actually see the thread and their true colors. When I search for embroidery and serger thread on Amazon it's a hit or miss. I recommend looking at several sites to get the best price. But also know that you want your thread to be of good quality too. If colors fades with washes, or the design requires some shine on the thread, it could be a mess. Lots to think about and plan for.

Absolutely. If the thread is performing than it definitely not worth the money.
Glide thread, large cone, 40wt, poly is what I use in my sewing machine for Quilt piecing, sewing, & my APQS longarm, & I have used the Glide white in my Embroidery machine(BL Flourish2), all Glide did excellent in all my machine. I'm now hunting for best thread for my Brother 1034DX serger.
I really like the selection of colors of for the serger ThreadArt had. I will be trying them out tomorrow!

Simthreads are good too! I get those as well. I would get there 63 color set to begin with.
