I dealt keys of coke for about 5 years and was in the crazy drug life for nearly 30 years total. I did all kinds of crazy schit. I remember beating my self up when the birds started chirping at daylight. I have so many embarrassing memories. The shame and regret was endless and in the end I was morally bankrupt and lost everything. I've been chemical free for 12 years and Dont miss that life anymore at all.

      underrated TOO much.
yall know the way it says "not even once" ? there's a reason for that. 1st line, was just half a dose and i was hooked for 3 years. by 2nd year it was smoking out of tin foil. and by year #3 the needle stuck out of my arm. which i said 2 years ago i would not do even if one paid me for it... eventually my body was so weak and ruined, taking any amount led to OD, i'd be throwing up acid to the point where i pass out. it was so frightening i realised in the middle of major meth psychosis that I'm on the blink of extinction so i went cold turkey (:` it was extremely hard, but the other option was to take it and throw up acid, so that had me motivated :)

Recently dated an addict and had to cut it off. He’s still trying to come back, apologizing for his behavior while on it, etc. Exposed me to meth, presumably inadvertently. The allure of the high is nothing short of a spiritual battle. What you said about building stuff up then tearing it back down resonated with me. He has the golden touch but won’t stop sabotaging the sh*t out of his life. I still have feelings for him but denied them all when I told him to F off. He’s been addicted for 20 years. I was naive to think he would leave it.

I love you so much kid for breaking it off with this loser and I hope you find somebody else that absolutely hates that s***. A friend of mine's dad was kind of an old partier and quite a bit older than I was and he told me the list of names of all the cool kids that were a little older than me you know I'm 21/22 and these people are like making it to 35 and 45 maybe 50 in front of me and dying and I know they smoked weed and had a pretty loose lifestyle had some girlfriend problems. My friend's dad told me his greatest blessing was that he did not like any of that powder s*** and other people liked it and it was bad news. The bad news was all those people that I thought were so cool we're cocaine's and that's why they were high energy and fun to hang around with and I didn't do any of it I did it just wasn't my thing I didn't have any money I'm poor. I'm so glad you got away from that because those addicts will straighten up and pull somebody back and use them to party harder. If it doesn't kill you outright early.

Yes, have destroyed and rebuilt several times. I am now (fortunately) happier and in better health than I have ever been. It's too bad I had to spend most of my life trying to prevent bad behavior rather than improving on my better attributes. Anyway, it's always good to hear when someone makes it out of it.

Actually it's not a drug from the devil. You should never take a drug without understanding what it is and without a medical need to. Methamphetamine stimulates your brain to create a natural chemical, which the brain already produces. Some people with specific neurological deficiencies are prescribed methamphetamine so that they can function normally. Anytime that you put something into your body that it doesn't need you're going to feel terrible!

You're wrong. If you have ADHD, using meth does the reverse to you. It wires tf out of you but most people with ADHD, feel the high but become mellow and sometimes sleepy.
It's like giving a hyper kid adderall, it mellows them out and they usually become reticent. Adderall is just legal speed. TRUST
Go figure it out and try not to judge someone you don't know or you don't believe.
One more thing... he said he did one line of speed and a couple lines of coke. That's nothing, for an addict.

Back in the day when I was Messing around with Meth, I had a friend who sounds just like your old Buddy, who's house you were at, anyways, my friend took me to this dudes house to pick up a bag, and it was a trap house, cameras and monitors set up everywhere, Porn on 3 different TV's and Computers, and 3 dudes in the living room all Twacked out. They were passing around the Meth Pipe and asked us to sit down and take a few hits, I just wanted to grab the sack and leave, but my buddy wanted to get high for free, so we stayed a little bit. I shorty realized all the guys in the House were Gay, not that there's anything wrong with that, but the guy who's House it was, was sitting next to me on the couch, and he was so lit, he asked if he could give me some Head, I told him sorry I'm not in to guys, then he asked if I minded if he could look at me while he Jacked off, then I noticed the other 2 dudes had their hands down their pants stroking it. I knew at that point, it was time to get the Hell out of their, and FAST!!!

At 22 I went to rehab in another state and everyone thought I moved away. Haven’t really had many close friends since and 47 now. It has directly and indirectly affected my whole adult life. I did it a little again in college in my late 20s but haven’t touched it since about 2003. I think I liked the fun care free use, but once the fiends started coming out I was done with that world. I’ve had issues with other substances since, but glad I dodged the meth bullet.

I've had long time periods in total sobriety but what ends up bringing me back to the hard stuff is alcohol. It's happened multiple times. Nobody to blame but myself.. it's a faulty coping mechanism. The key I'm realizing though is to pick ourselves up after a lapse or relapse.. I used to beat myself up so bad after I had a relapse, have had a few lol, but beating myself up just keeps me stuck. Nobody's perfect.. we all make mistakes.. self forgiveness is super important and I'm going to be exercising that right now. Again thanks for the words of encouragement.. keep making these vids man

I did coke for a couple decades. In the beginning had a connect who lived next door to my best friend. Would get drunk then do a few lines. Then I would get a bit and force myself to wait until I was good and drunk before doing it. The powder connect got arrested then I moved on to smoking it. At the end I found out that Percs or other opioids really helped the comedown. It got to a point that the quality of the crack was so bad I just bought the pills and stopped doing coke. Of course that led into a long battle with opioids. I have had some absolutely brutal experiences on coke. I wasn’t social on it I couldn’t stand crowds or loud music I would sit alone and be paranoid for hours then want to die when it ran out. Happy that’s in the past and I have almost gotten off methadone (20 mg a day which isn’t much) I’m sure there are great connects for coke in my city but I could never find one and the couple of times I relapsed I found the quality so poor that I wonder how anyone can bother doing it. It’s so weak compared to what I did back then. That helped me not return to doing it. Thx man great content

There’s always hope as long as you’re alive. I appreciate you telling your story. For all of us who have been through the struggle. I make sure that i hear that other ppl have recovered and living their best life. I have been sober 6 years and 3 months and I’m so grateful for sobriety. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. You just wish you could sprinkle it to every addict in active addiction. God Bless

I’m 25 and currently a weed addict and I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression/ anger issues way before I ever took my first puff. I used it as an escape and was able to be a functioning addict for a while but after a while (as always) you crack and you lose relationships and jobs because of it. Going to try and start sooner rather than later thanks for this video 🙏🏾

Bro if you think you're addicted to weed.....there's much more sinister things going on in your brain. Please see a Dr/therapist/psychiatrist so you can address the real issue, so you can start healing. Wish you the best!

    • @tyheron3204
      @tyheron3204 9 месяцев назад +6

@xtrobelights is absolutely correct!!! Listen to this person. Us in the addiction/mental health community know people can become somewhat dependant on cannabis but it usually means there’s something much more serious that needs to be approached with a mental health professional. Most of us have been addicted to substances that can easily kill us and so on, and so of course there’s underlying issues with our mental health but Our substances have to be approached first mainly so said-person can get some of their health and mind back first and then deal with the underlying issues. With cannabis it tends to seem that approaching the other issues will in turn remove cannabis from your life’s routine. EITHER WAY DONT TOUCH ANYTHING STRONGER THINKING THAT’LL HELP BECAUSE IT WONT! ALCOHOL, OPIOIDS, CRACK WILL STEAL EVERYTHING AWAY FROM YOU!! 🕉️🕉️🕉️🕉️

I broke my crack cocaine habit in 2010 and have been sober now 14+ years. During my addiction I tried meth once and would never do it again.
The one piece of advice I can give is that once you quit it gets better. Stay strong everyone.

Sharing HOW you got better and what drove you to addiction would be helpful. I’ve never messed with the stuff and was just curious and your video does help give an idea of the slippery slope.

During the pandemic I was using a lot more, and it got to a point where I was convinced, that I am being followed by some international gang, and they are trying to kill me. Took me close to a year (3 months of that year in psychiatric hospitals) to get out of that delusion. I even thought the doctors and nurses were part of the "conspiracy"/"hunt". That whole time I didn't talk to anyone, nothing. I think that year took like 10 years off my life lol... Scariest experience ever.

Homeboy says he is sober. He is high af on this video. Talking super fast, cant stand still, etc. some might say its just from being an addict so long but honestly his story is very mild. Wouldnt make him permatweaked. He is high af

Yeah, I knew he was talking fast but thought he was just burt out or something. After seeing your comment I saw how he was bouncing around. He's a good salesman and could probably convince people to get sober if he did first.
