  • I finally hopped back into the saddle after 2 months of not brewing due to the weather. I really need to get a sink in the brewery. I cooked up my honey blonde ale and experimented with changing the power percentage on the system in order to get more consistent mash temps. I also gave the new grain mill a try for the first time!

    Thats a sweet mill you've got there! I'd just lift the bucket up a little on a few pieces of wood and you'll be golden!

    Good stuff! I love taking the time to adjust the gravity to what you intended. I don’t get the crew that says just let it ride… the ability to adjust makes you a better brewer! I love that my mug snuck into the video for a second too! Cheers!

    Strange how the mill's size selection bracket literally covers the labels so you don't know which setting you are on. Looks like a great mill but that's not a particularly good design choice.
