I also will get a spot on my shirt when im cooking . I finally broke down and purchased an apron , kinda a chefs style with huge pockets . Love it and i was definetly late to the party on aprons .
We all fall into a rut at some point or another. Give yourself some Grace. You've lost a significant amount of weight, be proud. Every day is a fresh start.
Karen just want to encourage you to keep going forward with your health journey! You have really shown me what you can do in a year! I am 10 weeks into my weight loss journey and you are my motivation for every little bit counts! Love your seasonal closet change over and declutter! I am also a Kohls shopper and have found that I find many pretty tops that fit my body type.

I use my rechargeable fabric shaver a lot ! (from Amazon, cost was around $18-20) especially on socks and just anything that has those pills. I used to have a battery operated one but the rechargeable works so much better. I even got my son a thrifted pullover for 99 cents that had a lot pills but they all came off! Give it a try, it's worth saving a garmet from the trash.
I have decluttered my clothes but need to again. I love these type videos. 😊❤

It was so relaxing to watch how fast and easy decisions you made with your clothes! I’ve got million times more clothes and getting rid of them is really hard 😓 I wish I can get to where you are right now with clothes, I really admire you ❤ P.S. I love these not edited videos!
I keep my ratty clothes for yard work and diy projects. I can’t stay clean for five minutes so I use them so at least I’ll have a few things I can wear to go out to do errands etc. in that aren’t stained or torn.
My closet is about twice the size so I'm able to store all my clothes in it year round. Because your wardrobe is small and the seasonal changeover is necessary, you do a much better job of decluttering and maintaining it. I don't really make a point of decluttering my closet anymore because I've done several rounds of decluttering. Even though I know there's always something that can go, I'm somewhat complacent and just maintain the status quo.
Karen, try draping the bottom of your dress over the bottom part of the hanger so it will fit better in your closet.

You have very nice desses. I love to wear dresses. I´m constantly decluttering my closet - I feel like I buy so much stuff that doesn´t work in the end. I´m thinking about getting a style/colour analysis - all the money spent on the wrong clothes would easily have payed for it. 😅 You mentioned jeans - that is also something I´m looking for but can´t find the perfect pair. And I´m slim - so don´t think it´s about your weight. 😉 I totaly believe in you - you can get back in shape again - back to the point you felt really great. 💕
For me, I need my closet to be only the clothes I can grab, wear, and go in. Otherwise, I end up frustrated.
I had some clothes that were too small and my best friend was in need of some of those same items so I found it really easy to let her have them. Win wins all around

Hi Karen, I’ve been on vacation, so have missed some of your video. I live in Texas, so although it gets very hot here, I’m cold natured and usually wear a light sweater. No shorts, very few shirt sleeve shirts, and no capri pants. I did buy one pair of white sandals, but it was too cold to wear them.

Have you considered buying a fabric shaver/ peel remover/ lint remover for your clothes? (I don't know the name in English.) It will save you a lot of money, because you can make the clothes look new again.

Karen, get some Spray ‘n Wash and pre-spot your stains BEFORE washing. Then let them marinate for 30 minutes before washing. I noticed u just throw all your clothes right in your washing machine without doing this. Your dryer then sets the stain. I realize this is an extra step u would have to take, but it does save all your clothes from having set-in stains and u end up throwing them out. U might consider separating your clothes from Robins

Good afternoon Karen. Been a hot minute since I commented. Got insanely busy before my 3 week vacation now we're back and I need to get back to my exercising with you! 5 miles on the bike goes so much faster. The good news is with al the amazing food I ate I didn't gain weight but muscles got saggy so the measurements are up. Oh well it will go back down again.

cut your carbs back, and if you cant control yourself from eating dont buy. not just for you but for family. teach them young so they dont have the struggle you are having. because you think exercise is the key, if your knees go you wont have that to fall back on. blessings & prayers with your life journey.
