      I would try keeping the laptop on the charger for 30 min to ensure it has sufficient charge to boot up, and try again holding the battery disengage for 30 seconds. Do let me know if that did the trick.

      When the battery isolation doesn’t work, from experience, it makes the likelihood of the motherboard being bad the root cause. It’s a real issue because it’s not a simple fix, and it isn’t cheap. Also, you would have to know if you’re using bit locker because you’re going to need that bit locker code after the motherboard is replaced. Otherwise, you’ll have to wipe the whole system clean afterwards.
