Nice to see a power button on the side. My 2016 Thinkpad Yoga 14 has that. More recent Thinkpads I have owned have the power button on the top. I like to be able to power the laptop on/off with the lid down - e.g., when connected to a docking station.
@@johnmiller0000 You know what? I actually never thought of it this way. Whenever I review a laptop with a power button on the side, I always complain about accidental presses, but I never considered a dock as a solution with the lid closed.
thank you for those videos! im an apple guy who always looks out for good windows alternatives. the. x1 carbon is always smth i check out from time to time. gen12 is not there yet but maybe with lunar lake gen 13 !

Are you sire WiFi 7 is available on a Gen 12? I cant seam to build one of their site with the WiFi 7 option.
yes but only for certain configurations, WiFi 6E is standard and WiFi 7 is optional

Learned one thing after using macs like 10 years, got the gen 12 due to work requirements, apple is right … we can let intel go to the history pages …
