She's pretty strong actually. Her EX skill is cheap so you'll end up spamming it, uf you need to cycle and content requires a healer, thus you'll decrease cost of everyone. She sounds strong for minmax comps. Also she can reduce skill cost of special units, which is unique.

Not only that she can reduce cost of UI EX making it even more OP. Literally all her downsides are kinda not downsides if you think about it. Ui would be garbage if that was the case - she cant cast her own skill on herself either - does it make her bad? And why would someone send supporting healer alone into any conent top kek ? You totally missed where she would be insanely good so let me do that for ya : Team full of low cost EX units like idk Shiroko, Neru , Izuna, Summer Izuna, Asuna, Ako,Serina etc shooting fast too. With Kokona you would lower cost of those EXs to even as low as 1 which would be bonkers. Some people dont get it that even "average" skill like Shiroko/S.Izuna which is cheap with okay damage suddenly becomes giga chad if it costs 1. To understand that Kokona skill technically doubles damage of Shiroko EX (and everyone with EX costing 2) by making her EX deal 2x damage per point invested . So lets take such idk Yellow team as Kokona is yellow (although she can be in any color team she isnt there to deal damage) : Neru , Iori , Kokona, idk Momoi with Ako + Kotama. What happens is Neru goes to cost of 1 , Iori cost of 2, Momoi to cost of 2, both Ako and Kotama go to cost of 2. Nuff said. Yet half video is about how she sucks when she is solo ... like why would anyone even care about that ? Also low critical - and even if she was 100% to always crit - she still wont deal ANY meaningful damage - thats not downside for healer at all. I would worry if my striker can't crit , but healer ?

This makes it very difficult if your team don't crit as often due to rng sometime which causes your timing to fail. Kokona's usefulness seems situational with some teams but you have to consider field mood and fire rate of each student whcih limits the amount of team that is viable to very small amounts.
A functional and cheap healer with self-sustain in terms of hp and an ability to accelerate your team tremendously if optimized for. Comparison with Ui is somewhat justified since they do the same thing on paper - reduce EX cost - but really they excel with opposite units: Ui feeds hypercarries with expensive EX skills so that they can function way better, Kokona can accelerate low-cost teams so that they constantly fire EX skills - those are different things. The stamps thing is the only real limitation; you need to have a lot of fast attackers to make her actually work, thankfully such units aren't exactly rare (especially if they have a sub skill that gives an additional instance of damage and/or attack speed stats - Maki will love Kokona). Overall she's hella fun, and seems niche but strong in that niche. Ui is far more obvious to figure out how to use tho

I think the evasion can be useful sometimes. Because she’s a healer she needs to be kept alive and having medium range makes her more vulnerable at times.

I will say its quite hard to say she's not worth it. That lower ex skills cost seems tempting but you need to take a long time for her sub skill to activate depending on her teamates.

I can creat one :) - name : asuscharacter + armor : red + attack : red + skill cost : 4 + EX skill : lost 25% of the max HP and increase crit damage, crit rate, speed, accuracy for 20S, receive 1 ticket + sub skill 1 : every 20s lost 10% of max HP and fire a special bullet deal [X] damage to 1 enemy, the damage is AOE. receive 1 ticket and heal for 5000hp + sub skill 2 : increase crit damage and crit rate. + sub skill 3 : after hp reduce to 1% cast a shield for 100% of max HP for 40S can only use one per battle. If character have 10 ticket auto cast this skill with better version : HP change to 1 and cast a shield for 250% of max HP, cant heal this unit in this time. Increase damage like EX skill but more and every bullet will deal 5-10% damage for every HP that the character lost, this damage can crit.
