According to Hayama, a burger has 4 main components - a patty, the buns, a condiment, and something to serve as "pickles", which I infer as something with acidity, like Hayma's achaar onions. So by his logic, as long as those four criteria are met, pretty much anything can count as a burger. The possibilities are endless!

Loving the Indian style achaar here, its looks solid! Just a heads up for anyone viewing but Achaar and Amchur are different things. Amchur is dried powdered mango. Achaar literally translates to pickle, hence achaar onions are Indian pickled onions. Amchur is an ingredient you can use in making your own achaar. For y'all out there playing with your food, I would encourage y'all to make your own Achaar as a condiment as per your taste. Its a big broad canvas and Indian spices can give you a lotta colors to paint with!

Döner is a turkish food. But the döner most people know is from a turkish migrant in Germany. Its beef or lamb and you are not allowed to put pig meat inside because thats illegal. Then its normal cucumber, tomato, kale, red cabbiage and onions (nothing pickled). For the sauces: in Berlin as the capital of döner that we know there is garlic-sauce ( not tzatziki. thats a sin) herb-sauce and hot-sauce. Everything selfmade.
I am not a person who comments or even dislikes a video but i just had to downvote this. It‘s just not a Döner or a Döner Kebab.

I've learned that adding Sichuan red pepper corns to my black peppercorns delights my whole family. It teases you with that tingle that you are about to get lit up with heat and then stops. Not hot! Fooled you! I probably should've commented on your Mapo Tofu video seeing how that should have the red peppercorns in it. Probably the green ones too.
