Hilarious moment! A lot of people seemed to not like this season because it was set during school and not summer, but I thought it had some of the funniest episodes.
There were some episodes I really liked like this one, Boom Boom out goes the Ed, Every Which Way but Ed, This Won't Hurt an Ed, and even They Call Him Mr Ed, but there were also episodes like Smile for the Ed, Tinker Ed, and Mission Ed-Possible. Still better than Season 3 imo with its episodes like If it Smells like an Ed, My Fair Ed, X Marks the Ed, and 3 Squares and an Ed.

My theory is that Ed and Sarah’s parents were scientists trying to make super soldiers with their own children. Ed was a prototype but the experiments damaged his brain but gave him super strength, Sarah is a more perfected model
I’d believe it, although I’d say they settled for Sarah rather than her being a perfected model considering both of them are mentally (let’s see, what’s a good word that won’t set off any thin-skinned karen) unstable in different ways. Ed, to put it as blunt as possible, is an idiot and Sarah is psychotic.
One thing I appreciate about this season, you see characters you don’t normally see go toe to toe with each other, in this example Nazz vs Sarah. Usually they are friends and are on the same side, but here seeing the COMPLETE difference in strength, was refreshing somehow…also Nazz deserved it, Sarah didn’t actually do anything and you calling me “monkey face?” I’m slamming that toilet on you too sis. 💁🏾♂️
Nazz was changed in s5 for no reason other than making her a dumb blonde stereotype. She was way stronger in the early seasons. She knew martial arts and one punch from her gave eddy a black eye

It just isn't Ed Edd n Eddy at its best like Seasons 1-3. 4 definitely started slowing down a little, but it was still so damn good. 5 is when the creators knew it was time to end it before it would jump the shark.
Ed, Kanker Sisters, Rolf, Kevin, Sarah, Eddy (you could argue Eddy and Sarah could switch places), Johnny (as long as he isn't Captain Melonhead or Plank in danger), Jimmy (technically could be higher if push him far enough like the episode where everyone thought Double D was a bully), Nazz, Double D
Eddy is pretty lucky that he was caught by the kids. Because he was planning on taking the money, the school would’ve eventually noticed the money was missing and he would’ve likely been expelled and possibly arrested for stealing money from the school.
It took me years to realize what Rolf more than likely thought a resting home meant death. 😂 I just thought it was some weird culture thing where everyone was expected to pull their share.
That animation on the toilet spike is actually incredible! Bravo to whoever did the key-framing on that! Highly recommend looking at that frame by frame.
@@citrusblast4372 All of these episodes are masterfully animated, Danny himself directed every single episode/special of the show, _aside from one segment._ A good majority of the show is built upon nothing _but_ keyframe animation rather than weighing on in-betweens, which is not only artistically liberating, but it's _very_ difficult as that relies greatly on expressive storyboard posing. Added with all of the accent drawings, unique gags and cartoony exaggerations, the storyboard artists were practically making _animated comics_ rather than animation frameworks. You have to check out the storyboard art for the show, it's crazy how much the artists held the show's visual style dominant. This is how _real_ artist driven cartoons are made and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Gotta give it to Sarah for having that Mega strength. Let's also give Nazz some recognition because she took a whole toilet and car smashed on top of her head and came out with only a few scratches and just walks it off.🥶🥶🥶
