89 K1500 | Heater Hose Replacement | NEW Fan shroud

In this video I install a new heater hose, heater hose connector and a new fan shroud. Replacement of the heater hose was more straight forward that I expected.

Terrible design on that intake coolant line. Mine kept failing. I finally put on a 1/2 npt to 3/4 barb stainless fitting and just looped it over the valve cover to the heater core. Always enjoy your videos. It gets me motivated to work on my 1989 K1500.

😲 If mine fails, I might do that too. That sounds like a good idea. The parts are cheaper and more common too.
