Would s400 be able to shoot down Pakistan missiles in boost phase?

Which Pakistani missile? not sure about boost phase as it fully depends upon the time at which radar detects the launch. also boost phase has a short life but definitely in mid course as they will be in our detectable range & S-400 has response time of 9 sec.
Although we don't need S-400 for pakistan. we bought S-400 because if we don't Russia could have sold it to pakistan. India have proven and tested ballistic missile defense system. we have anti satellite defense system. we really don't need S-400 for protecting us. but S-400 will definitely boost our ballistic defense area coverage and there are some other advantages also.

As we know that most of ballistic missile have greater speed than 12 mach or above , i dont know any ballistic missiles having speed less than that, that means this system can't intercept those missiles

In which phase they have speed greater than Mach 12 ? That's the key of interception..

They only reach the speed of Mach 12-27 in the final stage of attack. During re-entry they, intermediate to long range missiles, are going to accelerate to about Mach 20 but they only reach that speed in final approach. They are easily intercepted in mid course and final approach because they have a predictable path than. They are only hard to intercept when they have manoeuvrable re-entry vehicles. But using them slows down the warhead and it will be slowed down to Mach 8-12 making the time to intercept 2-4 minutes instead of 1. With lasers and hypersonic interceptors coming in defense will become much easier. The only reason to buy the F-15EX will be if they add the high energy laser pods that are entering service around 2025 they would add to BMD capabilities. But like the Mig 25 in the past it would be a limited number of aircraft only and in squadron retiring the older Su 30 models.
