I've believed in god for a couple of years now. But I'm not a big fan of christian music, going to church etc. Its weird I know. But I believe in god as a spiritual friend. But I love skillet. I feel like they know to not aim at one group. I know they are a Christian band but it's like they know everyone suffers. Not just Christians. I think they are the way forward and will guide today's world to a better tommorow. Cos they are uniting all different people

I love how even though this is about God, his name is never said so atheists like me can still enjoy the song. The "you" in the lyrics can be anything. Parents, friends, loved ones, religious figures... So it's a relatable song for all.

I'm was sadden yesterday afternoon. I've really needed hear this song today. I was walking at a lake downhill then all sudden lost my balance and just fall from like a lightning that spike me but it wasn't raining that day at all. I was hoping I was alive and I regret that if I was dead that my family and everyone I love from and friends from school from where I grew up till now I felt this song made my day tell my people that take care I'm gonna be fine without you.

bro that reminds me of when a soccer play was on the field practicing with his team when all of a sudden lightning struck him. It looked cloudy, but it wasn't even raining. I never saw someone got hit by lightning before so it messed me up seeing how it works. Person is mobile, lightning hits and it's just a flash of light surrounding the victim, then the flash ends and the person is already on the ground. Didn't even see him fall, he was on the flat on the ground when the flash went away. He survived though. Miracle it was.

this album when i listen for the first time i love them all the songs on the album are helping me and healing me I've been dealing with depression i Haven't told anyone about it i felt alone and i stopped eating i was sad all the time even at school i was in a very dark place at the time i told my friend about it thank god i told him about it but told my family and teachers i still have it everyday and i almost going to kill myself thank god i didn't I've been healing alot this album kinda helps me alot but i can't get over this depression idk what to do.

I used to dislike this song because it wasn’t heavy enough. I have come to appreciate the song for being a slow and less thrash-y song, sometimes among all the other awesome crap happening you need a breather. I have grown to love this song along with American Noise and Famous.
