Have you tried buying used/recycled yarn? It makes big projects a lot cheaper. You do get a stripey look with connecting different kinds of yarn but the change of color/texture makes repetetive patterns less boring. That set look great on you 😍

thanks for the tip! I usually (mainly) buy DROPS which is a super cheap brand anyway, but I was intrigued by this multicolored yarn when I saw it online, I just didn't expect to need that many skeins of yarn 😂

I want to make shorts now! I love the outfit. The leg warmers were a really cool touch that I feel brought it all together in a fun way. It is way better than the reference outfit.
I made an oversized cardigan that took me like 6 months I think.
