Nice landing sir!! I was a corporate pilot back in the 80’s flying a corporate BAC 1-11 and flew into old Hong Kong, Kai Tak, several times. Had to be the most fun and the scariest airport I ever flew into. Seeing these videos makes me want to dust off my wings and fly again. But I can’t, so I’ll just sit here and watch your great videos, thanks!!
That was indeed a beautiful landing Captain. At first from high in the the sky the runway didn't seem all that long but once you touched down and you were going down the runway I could see that it was indeed quite long. I can certainly understand why that would be an extremely busy airport. Thank you for another great video.
Another outstanding video Captain Boeing, you never never disappoint your viewers, it's always nice to hear the RA call out 5 you must have been descending like a feather 🪶 what a great touchdown and rollout...well done once again!!!!! All the best to you my friend..Cheers....
Hi Captain. Such a beautiful landing…looked like you were floating down. The taxiways looked unusual and intricate…just like a simulated airport. Great to hear from you ❤️😊
360p video, would be a lot better 1080p or up ! the airport forth ? runway still under construction ? I was there on June , anyway THX for this nice clip !
Excellent as usual! Only the best - by the best!! 😉 Have watched 4X-ICA land at Hong Kong several times (Flight Radar). ALWAYS good to see the actual landing vid - and great to see you and your crew as well. . . Cheers! 💕✈💕✈
@@bullwinklejmoos I'll bet . I had a drink at the old flying pub on the airfield a few years back before it all got closed down . What better times they were compared to now
@@karlwaage1823 It is the world's buiest cargo airport, for passengers, at around 30ish for now, the reason this looks empty as this is the new runway opened 2 years ago, on the left, the new terminal, taxiway etc is still under construction, that is why it looks empty
That was a landing on the new runway 07L. Hong Kong has 3 runways in total now ie 07C and 07R. As the aircraft lands, the new tower can be seen on the right hand side. There is also 3 control towers now as well.
@@davidhawkins4495 It's incredible what Hong Kong has built. I worked CLK tower from day 1, before the 2nd runway was even complete. The first tower was poorly designed, the cab was way too big and the floor too high, almost halfway up the windows. They built a second "emergency tower" and I imagine it is ramp control now? The new tower is incredibly tall! Must be in the clouds a lot, as CLK gets frequent low clouds and rain.
HKG is now developing the third runway system. The taxiway is reserved for the new terminal no.2 .(Which is closed in 2019 to be reconstructed, the 1st gen terminal no.2 was opened in 2007)
Hello Captain, thank you for sharing this beautiful landing in Hong Kong..I feel I travel around the world watching your vids 🌏✈️😉

When you hear the call at 5 feet you know it’s going to be a smooth landing
Wrong
I like that video it seems like you're right there in the flight deck. 👍✈️

Great...Hats off to our Captain Boeing...
The master at work, effortless as usual. Thanks.

Great to hear from you ❤️😊
coz this 3rd runway is very new, just 2 years, open when 2022.
You are the best my sir ❤
Lots of runway left. Looks like an optimal, short landing. Nice.

Nice landing :)
King Kong Airport great
What a beautiful landing.
The perspective is so cool! Looks like you're floating in at 60 kts, but really you're going like 180 kts. Nice landing! 8.4/10.0 ⭐⭐⭐
Old Kai Tak was a toe-curler.
Thanks Captain Boeing!
Yup , I land a 400 there 5 times a month . 07/25 right and left . Beautiful beautiful place . Always one of our best destinations
Ever fly into the ole Kai Tak?
@@bullwinklejmoos sadly no . My Dad did and he said was tricky but such fun

The 3rd runway of HKG.
Beautiful!
Judging from all those cranes some BIG construction going On,,😊
The most respect and admiration in this world for pilots and surgeons. They should be the richest not all worthless stars
I miss my VHHH layovers.
Worlds busiest airport but there is not one single other plane there, and no terminal. Looks like a sim to me.
It’s not the worlds busiest airport by a long shot

2 red 2 white on the PAPI. a perfect approach and a perfect touchdown .
Is that the new third-runway ? I saw early-stages of construction, when I passed through pre-Covid.
How long ago?
We have two runway now
They've got exits like Blue Oyster Cult has cow bell!
I have been the airport and there are terminals missing unless they built another island with just runways
Amazing landing
Great landing
Maşallah captain 🤩
Perfect.
Been in Hong Kong. Very crowded, took a hydrofoil to Manchu. Don’t think I spelled the name correctly.
HK gets every type of aircraft in existence coming in, therefore all the various runway exits
How old is this video 😮
Hong Kong International has just one runway. Wonder if that ever causes a problem.
This is the 3rd runway

The airport is so big, you can't even see the other runways in this video!
No it doesn't
Hard to beat a 747-400 landing.
Not possible
Is necessary all these taxiway’s?

probably Prepar3d or something based on it
Prepa3d
