Do not ride for more than 1 min on the extreme right lane. Use it just for overtakes. You may never know in a flash of second what can popup from those dividers in Indian condition.
I did 1600 kms del to Kolkata on gixxer 250 and I was doing 110 to 120 non stop no issues

Great that Vstorm is doing well. Enjoy the video and did not realise when the video ended.
I cruised at 110-120 Km/hr on V Strom 250 on Purvanchal Expressway
The mileage however at speed falls significantly. The seat is comfortable and can sat upon for 100 kms at a stretch. Rest depends on the endurance on the rider. If mentally the rider is strong enough; the bike would also ensure the distance.

Bhai sahab, apke paas jo bike h wo v bhd achhy se capable h 3 digit pr cruise krne me.
Mai khud adventure 250 chalatahu (KTM). Mera dost honda unicorn pr tour krta h 3 digit pr, ha kuch khamia h lower cc bikes me, pr tumhare aur mere me that doesn't mean that much. This bikes can cruise in 100-110 kmph in around 6 - 6.5 RPM with ease. Your bike will probably feel out of breath after 125 kmph that too with pillion and with full load. At most part it's on the riders confidence which speed he chose be comfortable to cruise in. Anyways don't take my comment as in negetive term, just something popped up in my head so I thought it's better to share with you.
Push yourself little by little, don't do all in one go.

@HELMET DUDE , Pls leave me a link to wind shield extender, could not find it in the video description. I can see u r using pro spec but there are multiple models in Amazon (I own vstrom 250 too). Thanks in advance. Also please help me understand if the windshield extenders are any good in general, I'm 5.6 for reference.

I found the pro spec extender in Amazon but there are different models such as ER 700, 710... etc out of which which one to buy for vstrom 250? Also are the extenders really helpful?

You find that this bike have vibrations and might be it will increase with the time and kilometres.

In 120kmph engine gets quite hot. Have you experienced the same while constant 120?
nothing like that pramod, by the way heating is little bit fine but i must say oil cooling of vstrom is really good. But whenever there is excessive heat, there will be symbol appear on bike, that is time you should be worried, tab tak chill karo! Ride safe have fun.

What mileage do you get at 110 to 120 speed?
around 35-37, but keeping it around 100-105 will give good mileage, i got around 39-40
