- This is a tutorial on how to Run your Headlights with your Foglights Simultaneously!! For years i wondered how to do this and just found out so i have to share this with yall!! If I didn’t explain something clearly please let me know in the comments please!! I hopes this helps..Enjoy!!

Hey norm this is what you need: soldering iron, 20Gauge wire, and a 200v 1amp diode! They are cheap, u can google search them or look ‘‘em up on Amazon, or eBay! Possibly there’s a local shop in your are that may sell them as well like a Radio Shack!! Thanks for subscribing!!

I have a 2008 Hummer H2 and this Fuse Box/ Relay layout doesn't match the one in this video.
I believe it’s still the same hank, find those fuses, spoke of and try it out. (That’s my H2, I’m responding using my other RUclips Profile)
can you use a single strip 20 gage wire or it has to be the whole piece of red wire???

OK so I have my drl hook to my park lights this way my drl goes on at night with my headlight but the problem is that a daytime when my drl are on is back feeding to the park light, so my question is with the setup you got will stop my park light(markers light) from going on, on the daytime when my drl are running?
Hey Fernando!! With my setup my Drls come on automatically when I shift into Drive..the Drls are the only thing on (no marker lights) when you manually turn on the DRLS the marker lights are running then! Try having someone look at your DRLS as u shift into DRIVE to confirm they operate properly. Also this only works in The Daytime. During the Night all the lights will be running! do your lights turn off? or are they always on when the Daytime running lights are on??
Yes they are always on!! They are on just like the standard DRLs. They can be turned off with the manual off turned alway the way left! when your headlights are on they will be running as well!!
Luke, before this mod, when do DRLs work? In daytime when car is drive only? Because at night time, only headlights are on. And in daytime, when the car is in park, they are not on.
I need another person to check when I put the H2 in drive, but I'm wondering if my lights are broken or the bulbs are broken....
Hey! Before the mod…your drls come on during the day time and are only on when the H2 is in Drive!! An easy way of viewing it is when your in the driveway set your phone up in front of the truck (not to close) and hit record, hop in your truck and crank it up, put it in gear and you’ll see your Drls turn on. It sucks that they don’t come on at night, that’s why I had to mod it!! Thanks for inquiring homie! Good luck! Let me know if you need help with the mod.

After the mod, they will only work when the headlights are, right?

@@ClearHeatVision Thank you for subscribing!! After you do the mod, the Drls will come on 1) whenever your headlights come on! 2) when you turn your parking lights on! It’s a simple mod to do but if your stuck just let me know and I’ll try my best to help out 😎
@@datzlukeh2627 after the mod... lets say. .... what happens if your lights are on "Auto" during the day? Which should mean all your cabin lights are off and main headlights are off during the day except for your DRL. Will it still work as before?
Will it still work as the same or will your DRL be off during the day and you always have to turn your headlights on to activate them from now?
@@JoHn-if6wy Before the mod the Drls only come on during the day time, won’t ever come on during the night! There’s no switch to hit they are automatically turned on when u put the H2 in drive. They turn off if u turn on your headlights and that sucks because I wanted to run them with the headlights. That’s why I made the video showing how to set this up!
Do you know on odb port what wire i cut to stop sending data to the tester my friend showed how easy it was to start my h2 with just a odb reader and I want to make sure I disable it he had my car unlocked and started in less then a min i gave him permsion after i saw that i want to make some cut to the odp port till i need it thx

I have a 2005 h2 I have a problem with mine idk if your hummer has had this issue but when my truck is off the highlight beam indicator like flickers nonstop and sometimes drains my battery if u know how to fix it can u let me kmow how to fix this issue sorry if it's off topic I jus rather ask someone that has a hummer h2 thanks bro
Hey Antonio that’s a weird issue to have man, I’ve never experienced that with my h2. But I have read where some owners h2 blower motor runs while the truck is off which drains the battery! Try checking the high beam fuse.
@@datzlukeh2627 thanks for the reply I hope it's jus a relay that's bad for the high beams but the indicator will light up on its own wen the truck is off and drains my battery I hope I can fix it thanks again.

Hey thanks for the video I have a 2009 Hummer Sut and my fuse box looks different I have the diode soldered to 20 gauge wires into not know which slot to put it in is there a way I can determine which slot?
Hey Ryan Does your fuse panel have the Diagram on the inside cover?? If so, Just insert the wire into the same fuse slots I used in the video! Hit me back an let me know if it worked for you!! Thank you for watching!!
@@datzlukeh2627 it has a diagram which I took pictures of but it is not worded or laid out the same and I want to try not to blow any fuses or relays of course
