I can only speak for my current airline, but the answer for training is no. Most people had multiple bags all different and different colors and didn’t even have their bags that they were going to use as a flight attendant yet.

Yasss, for the shoe tip. I wear heels though the airport but flats on the plane. I need to be comfortable 😌
