open effects then visual eq, click analyzer, on your far left theres a dot, drag it down and close to the big spikes on the left side. do this for every track and play with the other dots too. the song can be distorted by low frequency sounds you cant hear in the daw but can be heard in the recording or exported track. this is how you stop that crunchy or clicky sound.
