Absolutely wonderful ... I must say that Ethan is an incredible player and has his grandfathers soul ... when someone passes down down a very human gift as Keith did to Aaron and Aaron to Ethan it keeps their spirit alive ... Keith's music will always be with us thanks to his incredible family x

My name is also Aaron, being exposed to Keith’s vision and talent as a child really molded who I am now. And as a small wonderful tribute. My son is also named Ethan. And I hope I can impart some of what I got from my father and the life we live in him. Thank you for making Keith’s memory go on in such a beautiful way. I will be eagerly following your progress until I am no more. Thank you so much for doing this.

I am so glad you shared this with us. It’s so amazing hearing your creativity on stage, to hear some of my favorites of Keith’s played by Ethan and to hear your stories from a son’s point of view to give us a broader understanding of your dad. I have been listening to and appreciating your dad’s music ever since I was about Ethan’s age in 1970. Next month I will be celebrating my 66th birthday, and I still can’t get enough of your dad’s music. Thank you for your efforts, such as the publishing of the song book, Emerson Plays Emerson, to keep Keith’s music alive for many generations to come.

What a heart warming event to see Aaron and Ethan playing some of Keith's incomparable compositions. I hope that one day you will consider of performing some tracks of the music score he did for another genius, Dario Argento's movie "Inferno", one of his absolute highlights. Thank you so much for keeping Keith's music alive.

The strongest part of Keith Emerson is how he built his career in so hard genre and his music concept and ability., he played his solos on a solid rock band and merge with Synth brilliant ideas.just like Klaus shulze meet deep purple and JS bach.if any other artist Can play more,Its because they learn in later years while Keith already built this concept since 1969.and he was not in easy genre.maybe Hiromi uehara or Jesus molina plays more but for these reason i found that Keith still the winner.
      Sorry my english.thanks.greetingbftom indonesia

Too often I ask myself what is the point of living. I was born in 1957. I can find some strong answers, but often with bitterness. When I listen to certain pieces of Aaron, the joy erases everything. How I wish I could go back to studying the acoustic piano. In addition to Mozart and other 'classics', I would like to study Aaron and especially the music of the seventies. ELP, King Crimson, Genesis, and many other musicians, including Italians.

Welcome to the show that never ends .but the show is adapt to our lives and destiny.hello brother we are the same ELP fans and has the same feeling thats what i feel in my heart i want to be a success keyboard player but ini already old born in 1965.thanks

I was also born in 1957. My dad played music and my brother plays classical guitar. I’ve been a professional musician for 45 years.
It’s not like the NBA… Unless you have an affliction, go for it, because the joy of learning studying playing is part of the answer to your question.

I had the very high honor of meeting your father back in May of 1988. He was touring with Carl Palmer
and Robert Berry in support of their first "3" album. Waylaid him as he got off the bus to go into the
venue. Asked him for his autograph. He was happy to oblige. He impressed me as a down to Earth kind of person who didn't think he was special because of his fame.. That autograph, which has faded somewhat, is my most prized possession. I tell people if there is ever a fire in my home, the FIRST item I grab before running out of the door is that autograph !

Don't know why - but Hang on to a dream just popped into my head this morning and that's how I made it here , to this great little concert. I'm having difficulty in thinking of Keith Emerson as a Grandad - to me he simply one those musical heros from my young manhood (mostly misspent) together with Clapton and Bruce and Zappa and Morrison Et al

It's great to see this video. I feel it's important to have children if you have the talent Keith had and was a pioneer who changed popular music. A family tradition to play piano and try to continue what you started. Just as Frank Zappa did with his son Dweezil who went on to make a name for himself. And just as J.S. Bach did with his sons too.

Keith Emerson was a real monster, it's very difficult to play like him, even being his son. Once he and Wakeman were "fighting" about who is the better pianist and Emerson said: if Wakeman keeps practicing the way he does, at some point he will be the best. But, for now the best pianist is me.

Too bad Aaron didn't play with Greg Lake. It seems to me that they have a similar delicate musical sensitivity. With Carl, Aaron perhaps shares a similar and nice mental masculinity. The two songs played by Aaron are truly touching and I keep listening to them.
