I have been a fan of Lana for a long time, and (as with Amy Winehouse), nobody can cover her like Angelina. It is incredible how she is able to get the little nuances of an artists voice and incorporate them into her covers... while still making all her own. The "Born to Die" cover seems to get a lot more attention (maybe because it is one of Lana's most popular), but this one is my favorite of the two. I really hope to see her cover some more Lana at some point because she is so good at it.

Angelina has recorded all these covers over a relatively long period of time. Singing and music is her life,so I can imagine that is what she does whenever she has free time :) I think her process is listening to a song, assess how that song felt for her and rearrange it to fit that personal feeling. Thats a technique we singers use to open our mouth just a bit more to get that richer sound, as in beauti-faal. Try with your own mouth and sing beautifuul, and see how shut it is compared to beautifaal. Thats how she interprets this word and make her own, beautiful sound of it. I have been lucky enough to know her from she was 7, and have followed her every step. For the more technical part of it, it is easier to explain. She has a register and ornaments I can just envy, her vibrato is not comparable to anyone I have heard either. Already from "At Last", aired at NRK when she was still 8 (Dec 13th 2014), her vibrato was absolutely astonishing. Her last vibrato in "I put a spell on you" is the most impressive I have ever heard. Her silent vibrato also. Its really astonishing. I think the main reason we love her so much, is that she never overdo anything. It comes from the video you react to. The first distortion comes at 2:08 if you can take a look. Maybe something in your setup, a loose cable maybe or software issue. @HAP3SPEAKZ There seems to be some distortion in your videos lately, I saw it on some of your other recent videos also, and I didnt notice this in the past so I think it's something new. It comes from the video you react to. The first distortion comes at 2:08 if you can take a look. Maybe something in your setup, a loose cable maybe or software issue. EDIT: I see you already replied to someone else about it, very strange it only happens on her videos. Could it be youtube doing it ?
I never really experienced with others at such a level. If RUclips... do it? I don't know why. All I can say is I will do my best with the equipment I have for now and try and resolve it. Just oddly happened with AJ the most. Is it that Angel Dust...? I really can't explain it.

It does not appear when I listen to her, but oddly happens only with her reactions. Its strange. As I have not experienced this issue on other reactions as such. I will need to look into it to later in the week. Thank you Yozhik.
