While superchargers are a great way to increase power, but they have one major flaw: heat. Thermal efficiency is inherent challenge for any supercharged engine, including our own Project Tundra. Many modern engines have great cooling efficiency in stock form, but more power means more heat. We decided it was time to give our a Tundra a much need cooling upgrade, so we turned to CSF Radiators.
CSF is well known for producing some of the best aftermarket intercoolers, radiators, heat exchangers, and oil coolers. For our Tundra, we chose their 2-row radiator. Compared to stock, CSF's radiator is 10mm thicker, has twice as many rows, and uses CSF's special B-tube technology. On top of that, the fins are ultra efficient and provide much better cooling efficiency than stock.
The result of CSF's thicker and more efficient design is a massive improvement in cooling. Even more important, CSF's radiator features aluminum end tanks that are much stronger than the OEM plastic end tanks. With stronger end tanks, you can off-road harder without worry of breaking fragile plastic pieces!

Nice truck. Can you tell me the setup of your front end : bumper & led brand?
Did you replace the thermostat when you did this ?
Did you need to take off the fan or shroud.
what are those 3 amber lights on the lower grilled of the tundra? I want one!! (raptor lights)
also what body kit is that?
Those are the Pro Comp Tundra fenders and they include the lights www.vividracing.com/index.php?keywords=pro+comp+tundra+fender
Could this fit my 2011 Lexus LX570?
Is there supercharger for the 4.6?
Did you use the factory overflow tank in the factory location or did you relocate a different one. Was looking at this system myself and hope you can help with this question. Be same and be blessed!
We used the factory overflow tank in the factory location!
I love the aggressive stance of your truck. How did you get that wider stance with those pro comp fender flares? I like the wide look people get with long travel, but don't want the headache of maintenance, price, and I'm not going to speed in the desert. I understand the truck has stock trd pro suspension, but there's limitations to how wide it looks compared to long travel correct?
0mm offset wheels with 2” spacers
@@vivid_racing Are you able to run a more negative offset wheel instead of the spacers or is it better to run spacers?
Beast!
👌👌
I live in AZ. Just blew the factory radiator today. Where can I find this radiator as soon as tomorrow?

How did this radiator do over the Phoenix summer? Tucson resident here potentially looking to pick up one of these radiators for my Tundra. Thanks!
It’s been awesome on my Tundra!
Hi thanks for the video just curious how is that CSF radiator holding up for you I want to get one for my tundra but I’m hearing a few complaints thank you appreciate any information
CSF had no issues. Had it on there for about 15K miles and have recently sold the truck and moved on to the next project. I think there is always someone that had a bad day... CSF makes great products.
Thanks for the quick response I appreciate it
i wonder how much something like that would cost? i have the same truck!
that's a bad ass front bumper too!
It is around $450 for the radiator. Thank you though! 🙌🏼 subscribe for more check out the radiator here - www.vividracing.com/csf-cooling-racing-high-performance-division-0710-toyota-tundra-automatic-manual-toyota-tundra-20072010-p-152375334.html
Did you upgrade the hoses at the same time?
We did not, as the factory hoses were still in great condition.
Love that pro comp fender flares but Jesus those are expensive.
They’re worth every penny 😍🙌🏼
Location brother to get a hook up with a whole package on the old 2015 Tundra!

Nice bumper what’s the brand if you don’t mind thank you truck looks awesome
Thank you! That is the NFab bumper. We added the custom front here for the individual round lights. www.vividracing.com/nfab-textured-black-mrds-prerunner-front-bumper-toyota-tundra-20142018-p-151816774.html
How does it compare to the Koyorad? That’s what I’m running with electric fans
Does koyo have a oem replacement ? That is what this is.
@@vivid_racing Yep! It’s a direct replacement full aluminum. So far so good! I’ve been running mine since 2017. Much better quality built than stock with the plastic end caps proned to leaks.
Mine came in yesterday 😆
That's awesome to hear! Excited to see how it performs on your Tundra!
So you guys install exhaust systems?
We do not do installs for the public, unfortunately
Love the front bumper! What brand is it?
Nfab
The front piece is an add on? Custom ? I always see people run light bars but you have some pods in their.
I would like that with the new Magnason supercharger
Truth, it would go crazy supercharged
Where can I get a front bumper like that?
Look here www.vividracing.com/index.php?keywords=N-fab+tundra+front+bumper
@@vivid_racing Thank you! Just saw your video on the Tundra steering wheel! Looks like a great upgrade.
Check out the steering wheel here! There are so many options www.vividracing.com/toyota-tundra-4runner-tacoma-oem-upgraded-customized-steering-wheel-p-152408188.html
@@RealEstateChris56 Thank you!
nice funnel.
Thank you! It’s custom 🤘🏼🤘🏼
The factory rad will do everything the aftermarket one will.
Just about, but more cooling capacity is always better
I own 3 100k+ Toyota V8s. The factory radiator is made of plastic that eventually becomes brittle and leaks. It's a failure point. OEM is my default for most things but when the OEM radiator reaches end of life, I upgrade to all metal.
Just like upgrading the oil filter cap
Is it a good brand
Absolutely!
Hey I ordered an item 6 days ago and haven’t received a tracking number...I’ve emailed and left voicemails to your number, please follow up thank you
SoundSystemListener should we be worried bro 😂?
Nothing to worry about. We are backed up from the Pandemic and remote workers. RUclips is marketing and not the place for these questions. Please email sales@vividracing.com
Vivid Racing a lil weird how emails don’t get answered but RUclips comments do. lol great costumer service tho👍🏽
