I've successfully had the ipi + nivo treatment mentioned. 80-90% tumor mass reduction in 6-9 months. I important dimension not covered is tumor Microsatellite instability measure (MSI). High MSI tumors have dramatically higher response. I had very high MSI. Definitely have path run MSI test before immunotherapy.
