It taste nasty in my opinion but then again, it would probably taste better cooked in the right dish and done right
Raw tempeh tastes bitter. if you want to eat tempeh I hope you know how to cook it, and if u didnt know it you can find the recipe on the internet. For me I like tempeh when I cock in sweet recipe or deep fried tempe with right recipe(I usually marinate it in water contain salt, garlic, and papper. Or if I lazy to make it I buy the instant recipe on store) So good luck hope you to make its
