A true master of harmonica. It takes a long time to master. It is not an easy instrument to play. It is at best a backup instrument. But played by itself it is amazing. If you feel blue or depressed learn to play it. It will help you heal.
Diego Sanchez Nice to hear! Once you learn to play harmonica, particularly blues, you realise it is much more than a “backup instrument” :) Listen to all the old masters, also the more contemporary such as Gary Primich, Kim Wilson and William Clarke. Check out the hundreds of free RUclips lessons by Adam Gussow, Ronnie Shellist, Jason Ricci and Tomlin Leckie. If you are not hooked after that, you never will be :) Buy a harmonica and get addicted. Good luck!

It's crazy and sucks that he was born in 1912 and died only in 1965. My Great grandpa was born in 1912 and lived until 2013. Wish I could have heard him play live :(
Sonny Boy was a rare thing. Most blues guys either died in some violent way in their twenties or early thirties or they live to be eighty. It's a real shame he didn't fall into the latter.
