I like the new system for the cypress. everyone gets something in return for their hard work. of course it is not perfect and has its flaws but because it's a new thing so a lot of people are not used to it. most people never experienced this kind of System before so they are still confuse and shit. still in the early stage so gotta let it cook. If it doesn't work they can easily remove it and find a new thing lol
The issue is the albuterol boys dont get any benefits so its hard for them to see the good in the system ultimately clark, vito, & sakura get amazing benefits from being part of the crew because the albuterol boys and teddys crew funded the crew without taking anything, it could be a good system but in its current state it will not function as effectively as how the system was working before and money will end up slowing down because if you look at the vibe of the albuterol boys and teddys crew (who make well over 3/5ths of the crews money while not using any crew resources) the motivation that was there before has died out very quickly after hearing the changes but i will reiterate the system can work but it will need alot of time were teddys crew and albuterol boys take the shit end of the stick

I understand what Buddha’s saying but Marty’s perspective is also valid. Marty’s boys have been putting in hard work and investing accordingly. Vito and Sakura are benefiting more from the arrangement than people like Marty or Teddy. The idea should work eventually but Marty’s crew is going to have to slow down in order to keep up with the cadence of the crew so they’re going to be taking a noticeable hit on the progress they were making.

Think of it this way, think of the five crews as Larry, Bubblz, Courtney, Skipper, and David and the don's as Marty. Now say Marty (aka the Dons) say alright guys we're gonna build a massive Butt Coin farm lets all pool all are money together and build it. Then lets say Larry (one of the crews) says nah ill just keep my money and resources and build my own butt coin farm in my own house because i am more effective that way. Marty would 100% say thats probably true but why not just do the same thing but do that for the whole crew and help them be more effective at building butt coin.
