I had an aneurysm with aphasia 2005 January 10. My words were horrible. My daughter gave lavender essential oil for calming, though I didn’t needed it, but essential oil was now. So I i what to the internet and I ask, What it good for the brain. Frankincense was the only one and I bought and the mist. My words here much much better. I did read a Doctor in Missouri later that frankincense helps for stroke. The aneurysm became a stroke. I’m fine, I drive, live alone and now one knows I’m (weird)!
I just acquired a bag a Frankincense resin pieces from Oman. Placing it on the tongue during a twenty minute-walk, you first notice the rosemary/sage-like flavour and then a feeling of physical relaxation afterwards.
I love Frankincense for emotional support during those "mind will not stop" times. It is great for calming my mind and anxiety. I also use it during times of grief. Loved your great informative video. Thank you so much!
I take Indian Frankincense (Boswellia) capsules daily for arthritis. It is wonderful about helping to reduce swelling and the popping that comes when storms or cold weather is coming.
I have great respect for the power and properties of each frankincense, but I have to admit that the resin is my absolute favorite. I just can't get enough of the deeply calming feeling that wafts through my small abode when burning this sacred resin. And using the small charcoal blocks available through Aromatics International makes burning the resin very easy. I am especially grateful for the way in which Karen pays such close and loving attention to the need for choosing only best-practice sources for essential oils and other related products.
First time here. Nice job on the video. I used to be in Young Living EO when Gary Young was alive & giving education. Once he did a 4 day educational seminar on Frankincense only! WoW! That was a LOT of learning about this FINEST of E.O. I Love it! It is my personal belief that wearing & or inhaling Frankincense can strongly assist one's body from cancer. Kudos to you for your business adventure, I'll come visit your website & order soon.
I had a back operation in 2004 for a painful sciatica. I could hardly walk. Eventually it healed and the surgery was successful, except that I have to be very careful not to lift over ten pounds and not to work very hard in my garden. I used to rely on OTC pain relievers until I found out how damaging they are. I found out about boswellia. I took it as a supplement. There are several brands out there. It seemed to be healing as well as just removing pain. Over the years, I would take a capsule every night to prevent pain. Also, you have to take it for a long time before it kicks in, so taking it every night was very helpful. I also use the oil topically since I have arthritis in my hands and knees. Boswellia has been a Godsend for me and I do not have any use for conventional pain killers.
Perhaps you may be interested in looking into Castor Oil? It is a wonderful remedy and does so many things for the body. I am 75 and have used it for over 3 months now, rubbing into my skin, all over my body - it brings great relief. I am even putting it into my eyes to rid them of cataracts ~ we shall see [ little pun![ it will definitely help your arthritis! ending you light and love and healing energy.
Frankincense drops taken orally has helped me so much. If I’d only known about this 16 years ago. 😅 I’ve had terrible exhaustion and heavy bleeding monthly. It’s helped with both. I have osteoarthritis too so it’s probably helping as well as my glucosamine chondroitin is. I was pretty bad off about trying to walk sometimes but now I’m on these and off the pain pills. Doing 👍
WOW !!! Came across this video and of course I use oils. But what I loved the most about this video, is your beautiful soft voice, and then the oils, LOL Wish I could find someone that had your kind of voice, no offense. Just put some Frankincense on a large mold spot that has been bothering me for a long time. Thanks for your video and Be Super Blessed.
I love ur description on the oils i had no idea there was different kinds nor did i know of all the health benefits i also love ur voice very soothing !
This was interesting! Thanks. I had not heard of the third frankincense species that you covered. I use frankincense in my homemade body wash recipe and for skin issues.
One of my three favorite oils (the other two being Lavender and Clary Sage). I recently had hip replacement surgery and I can't wait until the scar is healed enough to start using my favorite oil on it. Would you recommend a carrier butter such as shea or coconut or an oil like jojoba? Thanks for the peaceful, informative video on Frankincense!
Hello! Thank you kindly for sharing! Any of those carriers would work. Jojoba is one of the most commonly used carriers as it is mostly odorless and absorbs very nicely into the skin. For scarring and overall skin healing, tamanu oil, argan oil, and baobab seed oil are great choices as well. All the best to you!
Frankincense is really quite nice. I don’t really understand how it works for me personally. I’m listening to the lady 👆describe how it works in more than just 1-2 ways. I’ve got a dear friend who helps me with important things yet she has experienced quite a number of concussions. It appears that she’d need Frankincense as well as Cypress. But these oils can be rather pricey. Yet; they’re incredibly effective! I’ve experienced the authentic power of these oils cause really natural routes are the best ways to go. No worries about nasty side effects! 👈Who needs that! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ for His wonderful gift(s)! 🙏
Great video Karen! I love Frankincense as well but I did not know about the anti-itching properties of the 'frereana' variety. Guess that will be my next acquisition, lol. Hope to see you in more videos!
OMword. Thank you, thank you for this lesson. Have the essential oil and resin which I've had for years. Just know the history, but didn't know how to use. Just added 3 drops frankincense, 2 drops basil, and 1 drop of lavender to my diffuser. Yep, yep.

I'm interested and intrigued by the resin. How does that work and is there a learning resource on your channel? I just ordered several things from you and wish I'd known the difference with the 3 types of Frank. I got the Hydrosol and think it's a great and versatile way to use Frank.
Good question! We do have another video we created on how we like to burn the resins (: ruclips.net/video/F144PCMP5t8/видео.html The Frankincense hydrosol is a favorite of ours as a skin toner after cleansing, or throughout the day when the skin needs a bit of a refresh!

I have all three in one product. As I await hip replacement and docs recommending topical pain patches on the hip and back areas, I've been told these amazing oils help with arthritis pain. Do you agree? Would appreciate comments from others here if you have used it for similar pain.

Hi Connie! Wonderful! Thank you for watching the video and for sharing!
I put it neat on sun damage spot as soon as it started it went in about 7 days .
I take Indian Frankincense (Boswellia) capsules daily for arthritis. It is wonderful about helping to reduce swelling and the popping that comes when storms or cold weather is coming.
I'm going to give it a try
How do you take it, does any Ayurvedic doctor prescribed you for arthritis. Kindly reply

We appreciate your note! Frankincense, whether it's the oil, the hydrosol, or the resin, it is so powerful!
I started using for RA symptoms on my hands, helped with pain and swelling, added benefit was that the aroma helps with my COPD.❤

Diffuse it all the time w lavender!@
Frankincense and lavender were made to be together! (:
Why?
I don't think I will ever diffuse Frankincense intentionally. I rather use it for skin care, and diffuse other cheaper EO for the calming effect.
Frankincense is so lovely in skin care! Thanks for watching (:
