If you're having trouble detaching or removing the hoses from a pressure washer, it's because there's too much pressure in the system. This happens every you run the pressure washer. So here's how you remove water hoses that seem stuck.
After the engine is shut down, turn off the water supply. Now spray out all the water out from the nozzle. This will release the pressure in the engine and hoses. And it's only at this time where you can actually untwist the couplers. It's just that the built up pressure is what's preventing you from removing the hoses.
