He plays the Cerata cuz its force procs Toxin, which is ideal to clear corpus groups. Overall the Xoris is better, but in this case the Cerata has its use

Whatever you do...don't listen to so many of these people who are ignorant to fitness and nutrition....no you don't need 3g/kg protein...the range is 1.2-2g/kg...the reality is that 1.2-1.5 is more than enough for most and a lot more than that is likely just wasted money and just more torture for you having to put it down.
I would hope you research things and find scholarly sources rather than taking the advice of random people but having been a fitness professional for almost 30 years it is painful how often people just take the advice of some random gym bro that might be in slightly better shape but is still clueless.
Also some of us love Wisp because of the abilities, movement speed/attack speed, shock, and health/healing along with the fact that you're invisible in the air and for a second after you land, plus Breach Surge is strong as hell when used correctly, I generally have mine setup using the zaw with exodia contagion along with Vigorous Swap and others to multiply makes it easy to deal lots of damage, not have to worry about dying, and zoom through the level....oh and yea you can support people somewhat.

The Cerata has forced toxin procs with heavy attacks, so it's better against the corpus than the glaive prime against that faction since the glaive prime hits for slash so it makes it easier
