fam u made that look EZ. Mines dued at a gas station on Grand Mesa in colorado during snowstorm so after realizing a 6 foot 2 black man from tha south is too big to crawl under it so again thanx for tha quick wham bam thank u fam
Underneath is about the dumbest way I’ve ever seen anyone do it. Your blindly going at it. But if you insist. To each their own. But I bet ya I can have it done quicker. Lol
Nice work. Looks like it was pretty simple. My mechanic said intake and starter has to come out. 300 labour plus parts and taxes. How long did it actually take you from start to finish? Cheers
About 3 hours and normally you do have to take all that off to get to it. But if you can work your hand under the intake and fill for the sensor you can attach a socket - swivel adapter- and an extension and work it just like that. I have a video I uploaded to remove intake manifold. I just replaced my starter as well and will be uploading that video soon where you will see exactly where the sensor is
@Gkc410 My 2011 BMW 328i is shutting off and throwing code cc-Id 415. Was this the code at the end of your video? I could not see it cause of the next video option icon tab.
Dude how could you squeeze your arm through that tight space? I have to change mine and because i thought i had to take out the manifold i haven’t change it yet..
I only seen this done from the bottom or by removing the intake manifold. if you guys have any request as to another DIY video please reply to this comment and i will do my best to make a video for it.
Im subbing to you lol this looks easy asf, where did you get the Extendo tool from and what is it called? And is the crankshaft location on the right hand side or left hand side
This the same way I do it and I can have this job done in 10 minutes tops. It’s cake. I’m also skinny as shit lol. I laugh at anyone else who does it this way or that way and how long it takes them.
@@RicardoGarcia-104 so new part same code? Check the reviews on that part if you got it from Amazon. Good thumb if a lot of reviews that the part then that maybe the cause. I would try another one.
Man I LOVE U!! I really go in depth about installation of a part.I Def subbed & liked! Thanks & keep up the good work!!

Hi, Can you mention the reason you changed the Crankshaft sensor, this will be very helpful.
I had a check engine light and my car had issues idling
ruclips.net/video/u5npKGB973A/видео.html
What was the diagnosis that told you it was the crankshaft sensor. Or maybe symptoms with the car
it was a code giving from obd2
If you remove sensor from underneath the car, you don't need to remove all that stuff from the top! Much easier!
Good point!
How did you do so? With a jack and stands?
@@707Tino if you do it front bottom you need jack stand if you did like I did in video you won’t need jack stand

@@OtissSpunkmeyerexactly my thoughts. I have replaced this sensor 8x this year every single time from the top.

What problems happened when the sensor was bad ?
Do you not have your m a f sensor pluqges in?8
Hey dude, what were the symptoms of faulty crankshaft sensor ?
Hard to start, would cut off on its own and wouldn’t idle correctly. I had to keep my foot on accelerator to keep it on

👍🏽👍🏽 proud of you 💋
Thanks for the love and support 😍😘
Awesome show !! You are the man 👍.
Thanks 👍
What would happen if the boltfell into the sensor hole
It will damage the car tbh. Don’t drop it in the hole!!
Will it work for a 08 e60?
Not sure but if under the manifold I’m sure you can
That was the AUC sensor by the cabin air filter. Its what senses environmental changes (temp, etc) and relays it to the ecu
Thanks for the knowledge!!
I think I have to many cords In the way or something can't even find my sensor
What size and type of screw was it
6x16mm
Thank you brother
Thank uou
Nice video. Well done.
Thank you very much!
Great job 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
What size was the bolt
Hard to remember but the part is only at bmw repair shop I just simply asked for the bolt for that exact part
Good work👍

You’re lucky you lost the bolt
Ur not supposed to reuse the bolt because it can break off while screwing it back in and then ur fu**ed😂
im dreading doing this but bro did shi fast asf😭😭😭
Bro I was dreading it myself but once I started it was nothing
Bro u waste a lot of time. From the bottom is better to get it.
What was the diagnosis that told you it was the crankshaft sensor. Or maybe symptoms with the car
check engine light, rough idling hard starting and codes
