Cabot makes an aged 5 year cheddar that is so good. The cheese crystallizes in your mouth. I don't know how to describe it. If you are in New England, try to find this 5-yr cheese. It comes in a black wrapper.

Clearly, the people who made this video know nothing about cheese. Funny, how all the cheese they chose are mass produced and taste nothing like “real” cheese. I don't think it is fair to have Velveeta on a list comparing cheese because as you pointed out it is not cheese. Velveeta does not even need to be refrigerated. Velveeta(which I love) is like Papa John's I like Papa John's but it is not pizza.
Once you have had a GOOD Brie you will never touch President's Brie again. If you don't want to develop a VERY expensive Brie habit, then stick President's. The Cabot's, Kerrygold and Tillamook do deserve a place in your Fridge - oh and Baby Bels are a lovely little guilty pleasure as well.

IMO the vegan and plant made cheese isn't real cheese. It just doesn't make sense to make veggies and plants into some this that comes from milk.
