Putting a position player in the ninth to pitch is just a loser mentality. It doesn’t matter what the score is. Just another thing I despise about this Manager. And trust me, it’s a long list.
you have no idea what you are talking about… they didn’t want to use another pitcher….. the Athletics didn’t score so it worked out great.
