Looks great!! Yes I’ve read on many online forums that people chose the smoked then switched to the red ones. They do look much better! I ordered mine today, can’t wait.
Man both look good and I see what you mean about the smoked. I’m really looking at these for my 24 xlt and originally wanted the smoked, now I’m not sure. If you would post a video after the third brake light as well and thanks!
I actually like the smoked version better plus it matches with the new morimoto third brake light and I did not want any red on my truck because its blue. Yours looks good with both versions especially since its black.
@@rod_on_demand1523 overall I’m happy with them. I keep my lights on auto so they only come on at night and when I remote start it. I can see how they would come across as a little pinkish if it’s super bright outside. If you run your lights during the day I’d probably recommend getting the non smoked ones.
I went with the red on my 2016, looks phenomenal! I have the back up light bar and it’s very bright. I also have the Morimoto license plate lights, they too are very bright. To say my truck is lit up in the rear is an understatement!
Do you have a video at night time on the red lins and with the boost bar I’m thinking about maybe putting a 20 inch led light bar on the front but I don’t want to kill the warranty that’s why also I have not put backup led lights also. Plus I don’t really want to cut thur the wires the reason why I want to get backup lights or the boost bar is because we live in the woods basically the driveway it gets pretty dark at night time. Do you have a longer video of the red lins ones during the day and at night time?
I don’t have a longer video but if you get these lights you definitely have to get the license plate backup light along with the 3rd brake light for it to be brighter than OEM.
Yeah I’m gonna powder coat the wheels gloss black and black out all the emblems. That should be it. My wife is pissed as it is how much I’ve bought for it already lol.
@TruckingWithOmar yeah man this is the taillight video and I haven’t done anything for the headlights. Keeping it stock in front I think those look real nice I have the stock LEDs in front.
Definitely the stock Headlights are Amazing site I was thinking about getting a Lariat one because I thought the headlights are the same I’m glad I stayed with the XLT not worth the extra 10K or whatever it is the only thing I hate on the XLT is the Taillights still trying to see if I want to go with aftermarket or just try and by OEM raptor ones or Lariat ones I know it’s 600 a pair I had aftermarket smoked out ones on the last one I had they were like 100$ ones I believe they were horrible at night time I wish I had back up lights or something to brighten it up it sucked specially backing up at night time
I had DRFGLed taillights on the 2019 I had before I got the 2022 one still don’t know what I want to do I definitely want to try and get some LED grille lights for the Grille of it do you have a video of the backup boost bar ?
It’s about the same man no difference there since the reverse light is tinted out. Get the license plate reverse light it helps tremendously! That and the 3rd brake light.
Great! My front stock headlights actually went out before these have. I’m at 34k miles right now. No complaints they’ve been good and get a lot of compliments on them.
The red ones seemed brighter to me all around in the day and at night. I will say that you need to make sure you get the license plate thing because the reverse lighting definitely is not as bright as OEM lighting. Another reason why you should also get the third brake light which I just installed this past weekend and it looks amazing and lights up a lot!
Exactly what I needed to see. Thank you.

Appreciate this I had the same concern and i'll be going with the red now...
Thanks. I was just about to order the smoked on Monday. I appreciate your posting this.
Thank you for the info. Looking to get the reds
I ordered the red one it’s looks way better.. thanks for the review
Really appreciate this video brotha, I was very concerned when choosing which color, but this video definitely is going to make me pick the red 100%.
Awesome,Thanks for helping us pick.
The reds for sure

Yeah the smoked look good I just don’t like that lighting looks pink or faded. If they would’ve made it brighter I definitely would’ve kept them.
Thanks for the vid but why even switch at that point?
Rip… just ordered the smoked ones. Hopefully they’ve addressed the issue by now
How was the lights?

Hey can you do a video to show off the signals, breaks and reverse

😂same here I got the xb headlights with the amber DRL as well thinking about a 6 inch lift but undecided
Have you done the head lights or taillights would love a video on that

Are these true plug and play besides transferring the blis modules or do you have to program with forscan?
They are true plug and play.
Is the reverse light output also better on the red ones? Just ordered a pair for my 22.
It’s about the same man no difference there since the reverse light is tinted out. Get the license plate reverse light it helps tremendously! That and the 3rd brake light.
How are they holding up?

@@jmartinez3664 Would you say their quality like OEM or on the cheap side?
Thanks for the feedback.
@@MarkedPrivate-n9p I would say they are better than OEM. They are by no means cheap at all.
How are they when backing up at night the red ones ?

Dont matter. You need to invest your money into getting the rear window slider. Best part of that truck.
