I live in this area and have dealt with Vega before. I was hit from behind on my motorcycle while sitting still in traffic and he was the responding deputy. He didn't even want to file a full report because in his expert opinion "there isn't more than $1000 in damage." While still on the scene I pulled up the cost for replacing just once side of my exhaust and showed him the cost of $1600, but he still wanted to be a lazy fuck. I'm still dealing with that accident 4 years later, bike was totaled with over $18k in damage, I'm still owed over $10k; all because he didn't want to fill out a report.

Very true. There was an incident where I live where an 80+ year old man with dementia was denied the rest room at a police station. He went in the garbage can after sitting in the lobby for hours. They came out of the back beat the **** out of him, maced him in the face, and continued beating on him after he had surrendered and was cuffed face first on the ground.
The Lt and Captain sat on that video for months and it took a court order to get the video and when they did release it they removed the audio.
Always record yourself. I even sent that video to lack luster but he never responded or showed it on his channel.
They also denied him medical treatment, and took him to jail where they further denied him medical treatment.
I'm sure police departments hate people like this, but they have brought it on themselves because the police have become SO MUCH more militarized over the years. Also, police are COMPLETELY different in high income neighborhoods vs low income neighborhoods.
Sometimes I think they think this is the United States of China or Russia. For whatever reason they seem to think that we the people answer to them serve them when it’s the other way around really.
ABSOLUTELY! not only did I live in an 'low income' neighborhood but was predominantly Black and Brown.

We could both be wrong, and I genuinely hope we are, but it's unlikely.
Public education in the U.S. puts almost no emphasis on learning about other countries, other cultures, other languages. I love this dude so much because he’s clearly not from America and has come here and flexed and enjoyed to the fullest the beautiful rights that we, and now he, have. What a beautiful thing. Props to my man!
As an American I love it too....he rips into this cop using English as a second language! The cop got schooled by an outsider who mastered our US Constitution....brilliant!
You mean those laws that made the cop the cop he is?
@@worldpeace1822 what are you talking about? Please give an example of those laws.
💯
Frenchie le me poop don't stink. Arrogant Frog.
I love how youtube put a fact check on this video regarding sovereign citizens when absolutely no part of this video has anything to do with sovereign citizens
Auditors are just as obnoxious as sovereign citizens except they know what they're doing. I've seen many pick on rookie cops just to sue police departments.
@@alexkumm4488 I hear ya, I'm just talking about how the two aren't related.
@@alexkumm4488 A rookie cop shouldn't be aloud to have enough authority if they don't even know the damned constitution, let alone enough other laws to do their job properly. I departments are allowing armed rookies in such a situation that they can be 'picked on', then the department deserves the occasional lawsuit as a means of penalizing it.
@@alexkumm4488 That's awesome. Hope they get more rookie cops like that, cops need to be picked on more. Cops are the losers of society anyways.
@@alexkumm4488 you think cops are above the law and should not be tested to ensure they are being taught to do their jobs properly?
This guy is hilarious he should have his own show. As for the officer he should be fired total abuse of power.
The fact he got a warning is priceless, the cop knew anything he tried to cite him for wouldn’t have stuck.
Can’t imagine how this stop would’ve went if that guy didn’t have a dash cam.
No minority would ever brqzzinly act arrogant like this with a weopon on them even if they have a permit. This is the defintion of white privelage. The second he opened that door when the stop was over he would've been blasted away if he wasn't what he is.
I do... he would have gotten that warning still
@@xxmemekipxxlastname4846 that cop was so upset with this man. You dont think he would have made something up just to arrest or fine him? He stopped what he was doing and chased down this man because he didnt like what he said.
@@jbeezostl cops dont care about your camera... they have their own

"The reason I pulled you over was because you were yelling something from your car." "So what?" LMAO. Exactly. I remember seeing this when it was first posted. This guys is great.
I was soooooo concerned for your safety that I left another traffic stop, made a u turn and followed you…

This man is my new hero!!!! He was absolutely amazing!! Thanks for the laughs 😂🤣😂🤣
“You got one on your hip so what” hard line
This was absolutely hilarious! The cop left an actual traffic stop, actual police business, to retaliate against a guy who simply verbally insulted him, which is NOT actual police business. Didn't take much to get up under the cop's skin.
You are the exact reason why America is just destroying itself. Maybe you idiots should just treat each other with respect and manners . Shouting and swearing aggressively at a public official from a car is out of line . I will never visit that hole called America again. 50% of your are just stupid .
Looked very tolerant by the Police.
@@ianjdowning It may be out of line but it is NOT ILLEGAL, and should not be. If you're sure you'll never return to America, then all I can say is thank you for gracing us with your absence.
Cause he got bullied in hs now he think he above everybody wit that lil badge
when I heard that, I knew this was going to be an absolute shit show. I'm absolutely baffled that I even heard that lol that's like children getting mad at the other kids talking crap in private
So, this cop encounters someone who does not like or trust the police, so this cop goes out of his way to give the guy even more reason to dislike and distrust the police
Very good work there officer.
It's like how abusers and bigots (so, abusers) want to hurt yet also want sympathy when they're hurt and to not be thought of as bad in any way. It's narcissism. It's sick.
The only police work most cops do.
If i didn't trust someone, I would not go out of my way to tell them fuck you. The cop was wrong but this guy knew exactly what he was doing, It was not a trust issue at all. Personally, I disagree with it. Although, I get it.
This is one of the most honest and real comments I've ever read on this subject.
Bingo. This cop is a real ace
Ayeee i live in a place called Clearlake in Cali, but it’s one word not two, and most people call it “lakeport”
Damn, that deputy got played!
I love this guy! 😂 he knows his rights and doesn’t give an F
“Go fuck yourself” just has so much more zing with his accent
A! I got an A!
Thank you for sharing and analyzing the video! I can help clarify a couple things that you correctly pointed out as unknown: When Dep. Vega drew his weapon, he held it alongside his leg, pointing to the ground and never towards me. Also, the sheriff dept denied the request for the body-worn and dash-cam footage, police report (I doubt he ever filed one) and radio chat. They only released trivial info like his salary and disciplinary records. I am now dealing with the attorney general to complaint about the records and the HCSO I.A. dept. about the complaint on Vega. I will post and email you any future updates.
Once again, thank you for featuring this video!
Great work dude, hope you run this clown through the ringer. People like that should have guns and the ability to remove someone freedoms over hurt feelings. Super impressed by you linguistic skills and cool head btw!
👏 you were amazing
Great job! Take this idiot to the cleaner!
So funny how he said you were free but were not allowed to leave or drive away🤣 that's not how it works piggy 😌
Thank you, sir.
I'm much more cautious by nature and mean no rudeness but I wanted to ask, did you antagonize that policeman specifically to test his mettle?
I personally try to avoid interacting with police since from 95% of accounts I've heard were horror stories, that's why you seem brave to the point of recklessness.
Whatever the case, well done, be safe. Thanks.
BEAST!!
This man literally schooled the hell out of this blind cop. Good on you! 😎👍🏼
Oh, I’m so concerned for these deeply threatened corrupt cops.
Can you imagine that cops reaction 10 years ago before everything was recorded?

@@MsNikkieMichelle Oh are your feelings hurt?
I just hate how much we have to do to protect our rights. This cops knows everything they are doing is wrong but yet he keeps pushing further and further trying to bully this guy. Seems 1 out of every 4 cops is an egomaniac asshole but yet people believe our police don’t need reform. It’s ridiculous.
I nearly passed out from laughter when he put his license on the window
Do not feel like you have to prove yourself to anyone. Your babies are all that matters. You are a super hero to them and that is what counts
That man could've been a fine lawyer
This is clear retaliation. He should not only be removed from law enforcement but barred from ever serving in law enforcement again.
I'm pretty much of the opinion that if you are fired from a department for misconduct, you should be blacklisted from all of them.
