The can't eat a bacon sandwich properly comment was about a politician who ate a bacon sandwich in an overly fastidious manner, making it looks like he had zero familiarity with bacon sandwiches.
It would be like a an American politician going into a diner and eating a grilled cheese by cutting it into 1-inch squares and picking up the squares with a pastry fork whilst dabbing at the corners of his mouth with a fine white linen napkin. It wouldn't quite convey the man of the people image that ordering the grilled cheese would have been intended to.

The Labour Party is for anyone from centre left to far left, the Conservative Party is/used to be centre right to right (the people running it). UKIP can be anywhere from centre right to some far right. There is alot of new alternative parties to the Conservative Party, the only problem there is quite a few of them. jaguar and land rover is still owned by the Americans and tata indian company and british steel
the rest of it was sold to the eu union
in Cambridge a woman called sophie wilson invented a cpu that can generate its own power but as the business was a small company , apple said to that company to put it on the market as apple will use it in their phones so they did
now that company has 20% of shares so it gets ridiculous
heinz sold the hp sauce to the danes in the eighties and then mercades benz built a car showroom on the land where there was high in unemployment MERCADES BENZ would you believe it
you can check all the facts and find them out
i do not blame any Americans to the problem but now we do not own anything America does
manufacturing has gone from Birmingham we have a high unemployment rate
i think that politics has gone down the tubes to be honest we are just pawns on a chess board.

The bacon sandwidge incident was a picture taken by a photographer ripping of 20 frames a second as the politician eat a sandwidge and then his paper published the one photo that looked the most awkward in the set. Now the politician in question was slightly awkward anyway, like most people, at least compared to other politicians who spend all their time with image consultants polishing their mannerisms and appearance to a fine sheen, but I challenge anyone to eat a sandwidge without at some point in a 1/20th of a second of a bite not looking at their best.
Arguably that bite lost him the election, as the press pushed it so hard, just like Al Murray did here.
Lessons were learned and now you don't see politicians eating in public that much these days, but now all you get is the polished figureheads that Al Murray hates even more!
The thing is Al Murray is actually playing a character when he does his standup, and doesn't actually believe a lot of what he says himself, but a lot of his audience do.

UKIP (UK Independence Party) leader at the time was Nigel Farage, renowned for trying to be for the workers, and was often seen in the pub drinking a pint of English Ale.
His "so-called" common sense politics was nothing more than fanciful fear mongering, which led to the UK being the first country in history to impose economic sanctions on itself, which ended up bringing the UK to where is is now, on the verge of splitting apart, massive loss of international trade, empty supermarket shelves, worse performing economy in the G7, etc. The Conservative Party also played a large role in this.
The reference to the Bacon sandwich is about the former leader of the Labour Party, Ed Milliband, a posh twat who hasn't done any hard work in his life attempting to be a common man by eating a bacon sandwich.....However, it was always gonna turn into a disaster as this was a guy who always eats using solid silver knife and fork. Finger food is something completely alien to him.

With regards to the "Experts," in my homeland (British Gibraltar) which incidentally, is at the end of the day a British Overseas Territory in Europe (ie a Self Governing Territory/Colony since 1704 with a British Governor nominated by Whitehall). Now these experts are often looked by us as people the "system" in Whitehall wants out of the way, ie "Send them over to the natives and do something productive," and yet we have very capable people who can do the same if not improve the task being faced but they couldn't have "natives" upstaging the Colonial masters. One example was HMS Tireless, a nuke Sub that had serious mechanical problems and we had "experts" over to the Naval Base in our dockyard and couldn't make heads or tails of it. It took a bloke "who knew his beans" yet had no Uni education, only his apprenticeship plus a few decades of experience ! He pointed out to the assembled experts the nature and location of the crisis, "Impossible, no way, cannot be," they said. With a look of pity at their aloofness, one twitch of his nose, asked them to take a closer look at the engine area that was causing the problem, turns around and said "There it is," and walked off.Everybody was left aghast with jaws hitting the deck like a dropped spanner .

Loving your reactions to British comedy but for a lot of me & my pals, the greatest stand up is actually an American called Bill Hicks! He was massive in the U.K. but was almost unknown in the states due to his subject matter! To me he's the late great Prophet of my generation ruclips.net/video/KgzQuE1pR1w/видео.html

Ukip were a new UK nationalist party with their key points being separating from Europe, reducing migration into the UK and focusing on UK nationals. Nigel Farage was their leader.

A lot of it was topical to the point I’d forgotten about the bacon sandwich. Ed Milliband was the guy involved. There would be better Al Murray clips for you to watch. Jokes that need explaining aren’t funny.

11:50 Well if the schools are teaching ideology as fact, they should be listening to the parents. Why would parents want THEIR children to be indoctrinated?
The parents are likely not telling teachers 'how' to teach but 'what' to teach, more likely they're saying they don't want their white son or black daughter to see themselves as an oppressor or a victim. Among other ideological/cultural topics.
If schools are bowing down to parents who are opposed to identity politics... I see that as a win.

Nigel Farage and UKIP were a uniquely English problem, appealing to a uniquely English mindset that blamed the EU for everything that was wrong in the country. England has a long history of blaming Europe for its woes, particularly the French. UKIP stood on a platform of leaving the EU and they took Parliamentary seats off the Tories in their historically most Tory seats in the south and SE of England, with some Tories who were anti-EU even leaving the Tories to join UKIP, prompting the Tory leader and PM at the time, David Cameron, to panic and to try to squash UKIP and his own anti-EU MP's by bringing the house down by holding a referendum on leaving the EU (Cameron thinking Leave would easily lose, but much like in the US with Trump they woefully misjudged the mood of the people -well the English people anyway- and like Trump there were many half-truths, untruths, exaggerations and outright lies told that riled the people up to vote Leave). The resulting Brexit vote split the UK (England and Wales voted to Leave the EU, Scotland, NI and Gibraltar voted to Remain, but England is biggest so all had to leave want to or not). Now look at state of the country as a result. Brexit is one of the biggest unnecessary self-inflicted wounds in British history.
The real Al murray, who is a very intelligent man, as opposed to his on-stage pub landlord persona, stood against Farage in an election in South Thanet but lost.
