Other bodybuilders-these are my macros, I get 8-12 hours of sleep, you want to be in this deficit for this period of time, time meals with trainting etc. Calum- yeah I had some Skittles and eggs today. That's only 3 meals. I'm 5 weeks out

To be honest, apart from what KN Byam said i don´t think that he could ever compete with the top dogs having an injured leg like that. I mean it´s been two years now and the leg is still pretty fucked it seems. I feel sorry for him, but then again he did well so far without any big competitions, so what.

New to Calum just saw his Netflix documentary . This young man has overcome a lot of physical obstacles and the mental issues that come from those major injuries and has persevered which is very admirable . I like his laid back easy free attitude hope him well going forward .

'follow my diet for the day' Callums diet... 6am - egg bacon sandwich 7am - during workout four starbursts 8am - Ben and Jerry's 9am- frozen pizzas 1pm - skittles 3pm - burger from any fast food drive though usual order 5pm frozen pizza and Ben and Jerry's 8pm - starbursts and frozen pizza
Back and lats need work for the upper body. Mid section has always been good. One of the things that made me a fan from the start. Tight and narrow. Just need those lats bought up to make the waist even smaller. Same goes for the arms. All round they are solid. Traps probably could use a bit of work too.
I’d love to see a workout that is dedicated to putting size back in your injured quad. I had a similar injury about 10 years ago and I still don’t have the size back.

Definitely love your personality and been slowly working through your videos!was curious what you do to train abs, you have some of the most cut abs I’ve seen, on & off season. Im well aware of keeping a low body fat % but They’re still cut and don’t look bulky at all (which is part of the classic physique) keep getting those filthy pumps!

Go to a rmt and physio specialist, I had shoulder surgery 6 years ago and still pop in every 2months or so to both
