    There's A LOT to discuss about Furiosa and I want to talk about it all with you in the comments below! Is this better than Fury Road and is this possibly one of the best prequels of all time?

    I was expecting to see a remake of Fury Road but it was so much different. He managed to make an original movie in that same world. I loved it.

    Due to the subject matter and atmosphere of the Films setting. I prefer this over Godfather 2. Furiosa is my personal Best prequel of all time. I loved every minute of this film. Bravo Mr. Miller to you and your team and cast.

    In the words of Chris Hemsworth " Can you make it epic." It was weird watching him play the villain but he was not bad to be the honest. It good he can try playing different role in his movie career. I will give him credit for that...except the one he was in the Ghostbusters 2016.

    Man I thought that Stowaway section was the best action sequence I’ve ever seen on the big screen. And Anya really surprised me , she’s delicate but you can tell she has that “oomph” fire that the role needed.

    I could be mistaken, but I thought I read somewhere that George Miller actually wrote/planned Furiosa before he came up with Fury Road! If that's true, it could be why it's such a stunning prequel.
    Also, for some reason I interpreted the "love" story as more platonic rather than romantic. I enjoyed it more from that perspective, but I can totally see how it would feel a bit off and underdeveloped lol.
    As always, thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. I really appreciate your views on movies and other media :] I loved this film so much, I hope others do as well

      Yeah I think your right as far as him having this story in the can for a while. I like he had an outline of this story when making fury road to give her more backstory if ever given the chance. Really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and for supporting the video.

    I really enjoyed this one. One of the top prequels for sure. Definitely has some pacing issues. Runs a little long, but truly epic! I’d love to see a sequel to Fury Road with Charlize Theron. Or a completely different Wasteland story 👍

    Yoo! 🤗 Elliot let me breakdown the Incredible Cinematography, camera shots, Stunt Work and special effects from George Miller and the rest of the folks behind the film. Wasn't as clean, crisp or the action isn't hard-hitting as Fury Road, Road Warrior Or The Original Mad Max Mel Gibson, James Remar. Storytelling was amazing but it was kinda predictable where it was going & the ending felt little bit anticlimactic. Despite the pacing, predictable subplots it was a dope film. We saw several places in the Wasteland Gastown, Battle farm which we're well shot. Like an actual apocalyptic future.

    everyone is repeating laments about the CGI, I think it is absolutely on par with Fury road, it is done exactly the same, practical effects with added CGI around them

    • @MovieFiles
      @MovieFiles  Месяц назад +1

      Oh man, couldn’t disagree more. The cgi was nowhere near as clean or seamless as fury road, at least to me. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts and watching my review.

    • @randomanton
      @randomanton Месяц назад +1

      cgi borderline took me out of the movie in furiousa... i noticed it in fury road , but it didnt bother me too much because a lot of it was used for artistic affect.... the cgi in this movie made it feel more like a cartoon... also fury road was 10 years ago.., for furiousa cgi to be on par with something that old 10 yrs old is..... crippling.
