Such a treat to dive into the world of Mad Max with Chris and Anya. Witness her!!
You are such a great interviewer, very engaged and relatable, well done.
Chris is so humble like Hugh Jackman
What a great interview!! This has been one of my favorite interviews of all time. The questions were relevant and not superfluous. They seemed like they were the exact questions I would have asked if I had the opportunity to.
Saw the movie today. It was spectacular!
Chris and Anya…YES! She can actually act so believably in every one of her complex characters! Chris in a “Madmax” film…finally!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Still can’t believe she doesn’t have a DL and did scenes that I’ve only seen in these trailers! Seeing this as soon as I can! (I’m 70 yrs old by the way, been watching since the first Mad Max!) 😊
In Fury Road there's a scene where Furiosa and Mad Max come across a bikers' group and that was the only moment Furiosa seemed to have fear in her eyes 👀
So what if Dementus is or was the leader of that bikers' group and this movie explores that dynamic? 🤔
The reason why this saga is so epic is because of the genius mind of George Miller.
A hell of a great interview.
im hiting up the imax for this one
💯
Love this interview! Excited for Furiosa!
This film was truly Epic from
Start to finish! You feel the energy of Furiosa through the screen 🔥
Those were the outfits they wore in the great in-cinema ‘watch in your local cinema’ trailers 😍👩🏼🔥🙌🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I didn’t realize his pretty she was until now. She’s always so immersed in the characters she plays, I’ve never her seen her in a interview as just herself
WATCHING IT TOMORROW MAY 22ND AT THE PREMIERE CAN'T WAIT
Stunning is the word for Anya
Would've preferred Charlize Theron to come back.
Charlize is way more stunning, but i respect your opinion
Anya has more of a range. Theron has two modes-bitter and more bitter.
this could be the best movie ever made.
It’s another girl power cash grab. Green screen garbage.
Gonna be epic
I love it !
Anya deserves a standalone cat woman movie 😁
100%, but agenda-free writers.
Haha wonderful
⚡🎥📽️
Just walk away. Your lives will be spared m, just walk away.
Anya can be a really good Black Cat to Tom’s Spider-Man in the MCU.
Anya "It's definitely the best film I've ever had developed"
Chris "Hold my Mjolnir and Stormbreaker"
❤❤❤💯👍✌🏻...
i just dont look for music anymore you didnt do nothing lmao keep dreaming about being me
oh its not Mad Max i worked in Silverton where the first Mad Max was made
So? It doesn't make you special or right.
I'm the opposite of excited for this one. Fury Road I was all in. This one feels like fanfiction.
I watched both and I loved both. Anya Taylor Joy delivers an epic and savage performance as Furiosa, particularly when you see how she loses here left arm. Chris delivers an awesome performance as Dementus, reminded a bit of Heath's joker, due to his insanity and brutality. Furiosa is definitely worth watching in Imax for the sound design, wardrobe, and cinematography. 9/10
@@Eserr7856 I changed my mind and drove 2 hours to see it in IMAX - and I loved it.
@@notoco I'm so happy! 😊 I really think we need to keep open minds and challenge our beliefs and preconceived notions not just in movies, but life in general.
Chris is really into hand talking nowadays.. can't look at his face, his hands have zero chill.
I hope she recovers from the staggering 30 lines she had. Such suffering.
You do realize that her role was very physically demanding? Learning to not only drive but also learning how to crawl along the surface of a moving truck and also get underneath it is very physically demanding and can be dangerous. You try that out and see how far you get.
Lol, some people will always nitpick from their narrow minded pee brain point of view
This won't be a "next level"
Too long, but still a good movie.
The CGI in this looks horrible
It's just over exposed. It's drawing attention to itself. Also he's got too much chromed up and generally clean looking stuff in these films, considering it's a desert
Things and supplies would be even more sparse and hard to find, but we have new looking wheels/ tires on cars. Endless amounts of bullets. A mega garage with expert machine builders , mechanics and welders, but when they open there mouths sound like babbling idiots.
Another woke crap
Another weak ego.
Do not agree and I'm as anti-woke as you can probably get. It was too long though.
Why is this girl so damn angry all the time?
Feminism. It’s a prerequisite to be angry and self loathing.
Do you know what "Furiosa" means? Google it. Go on.
who exactly?
Anya Taylor Joy?
Sounds like Charlize Theron.
A Mad Max story without Max Rockatonsky is not Mad Max.
We’ve seen the Lord Humongous, Toecutter, Auntie Entity and even Immortan Joe.
This just feels like a shoe-horned, generic version of Immortan Joe and Lord Humongous.
Meh.
Max is in Furiosa.....
WTF kind of bland outfit is the interviewer wearing? Can't sit through the interview because of the interviewer!
At least it’s more bland than met gala
@@fatherlucid4995 That's the other extreme!
I think you say so because of the background, her pants match the color of the poster :p
she is dressed fine
@@frank9592 For the PTA meeting maybe.
You owe Australians an apology. The British and Americans ruined Mad Max: Fury Road and nobody in Australia will ever forgive them, especially George Miller.
I'll never watch another George Miller movie. Mad Max was an Australian icon, and you ruined it, indeed.
I'm from Australia. Americans always remind me of that Green Day Song "American Idiot." It should be the US National anthem song.
In fact. Namibia: a nation with exceptional resources could largely provide to the needs of its people on the condition of putting an end to the foreign powers who control its riches.
Fifty-one working Australian film critics voted to find the top 25 films of this century in a poll. They included the beloved industry stalwarts Margaret Pomeranz and David Stratton, Guardian Australia’s Luke Buckmaster, News Corp’s Leigh Paatsch, Vicky Roach and Stephen Romei, and the Saturday Paper’s Rebecca Harkins-Cross, along with reviewers from Channel Seven, the ABC and others. The number one pick of best Australian film of this century was Mad Max Fury Road.
@@raymondsmith6870 And of course, you are wrong. I'm Australian and I'm talking about the Australian population who never got the chance to vote about the film.
So I'm sure many, many Australians would agree with my comment and not yours.
In fact Nobody in Australia is going to call Guardian Australia, Rupert Murdoch's News Corps beloved and nobody watches and believes ABC.
Also... industry stalwarts are not even Australian but white British people. Obviously, you are not Australian.
Stop talking and let the Australian public rank my Comments. Thank You.
I don't think you actually speak for every 27 mil Aussies but only for yourself. That is comical hubris. You have a political axe and slanted viewpoint which is fairly dubious without any actual facts or quotes. Fundamentalist Zealots are all alike.
@@raymondsmith6870 I'm sorry to embarrass you in public again, but you truly deserve it.
You mean just repeating an unsubstantiated fringe opinion while speaking for 27 mil people. Please provide us real proof that this is true as I have provided proof that a group of 50 working critics in Australia voted it as the greatest film of this century 2000-2024. How about show us your movie critic credentials in print or any kind of professional media. My guess it is none. Nothing more embarrassing than making a far fetched statement based on emotional logic.
Oh my god, another 90lb. inspiring girlboss to show us men who can lift a car how tough and strong they are. I can’t wait for human puppets to tell the exact same story. FOH.
someone didnt see fury road
Stop taking what you're taking and go outside, touch some grass.
@@honey-bone exactly 😂😂😂
Tell us you're insecure without telling us?! 😂
Yes, why not a woman with beef? But on the other hand, I love ATJ!
👎
Genia Anya Taylor Joy.
Just watched it. It's a trash like Thor 4. Chris Hemsworth is running almost all movies he join.
