Thank you for this video tutorial. When I first tried this, it was unsuccessful. But today, the result was way better the the first trial. I used lemon extract/juice (specifically 2 tsps, but it did not taste lemon that much, just a bit). I added 1/8 tsp cream of tartar. 👍🏻
Para po sa mga naging runny ang result, pwede nyo po itry ang sugar syrup: iboil muna ang 3/4c sugar at 1/4 cup water (wag hahaluin) until completely dissolved at kapag ipinatak po sa tubig ay nagbubuo na, saka nyo po ilagay sa frothy egg whites gradually po :) make sure lamang po na walang traces ng yolk ang egg whites natin bago iwhip.

Try ko to. 3rd time na ko nag try ng boiled icing, lahat palpak. At first ok naman yung icing kaso after 5 mins, nag bubbles tapos pag na apply sa cake, nag bubutas. Nagpahinga ako mag practice kasi nainis ako sa icing di nag cooperate sakit pa naman sa kamay ng hand mixer. Haha. Sana magawa ko iyo ng maayos.
