This video assumes I removed the entire console from the car first? Because I probably would not have Bought that had I known. I had to take the entire vehicle apart to install your safe.

No, you don't have to remove the console. We just buy the console for design purposes. Repeat, you don't have to take it out!

Don't buy this product buy it from a competitor. When I received the safe which I bought with all the add ons the factory drilled holes were nearly an inch off and didn't even come close to fitting. I had to spend an hour with a drill press fixing the issue

This will literally also work on any 3rd Gen (2016 & Newer) Pilot as well.
